Holiday rentals in San Frediano, Florence

We had a great stay (2 couples and a baby) at Giulio's apartment. They kindly arranged for a high chair and cot as well. It was large, spacious, very clean and in a great location. Check-in had to be arranged in advance for someone to meet us, and we had to wait around for a bit but communication remained good. The only other downside is that WiFi wasn't very strong and didn't seem to reach the bedrooms. Otherwise, great stay and would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay at Martina’s property. it’s been my favourite accommodation in Italy so far! The apartment is beautiful and modern. Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, and walking distance to everything. It was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a washing machine, strong air conditioning, and a great hairdryer, all of which made a big difference while travelling. Martina was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations that helped me make the most of my time in Florence. On check-out day, her partner kindly assisted with my luggage and arranged a taxi to the train station, such a thoughtful gesture that made departure stress-free. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish, 5/5!

We had a great time at Filippo's place. The location is perfect in the Santo Spirito/Oltrarno area. More authentic feel away from tourists but easy walk to everywhere. The accommodation was smart, comfortable and clean. Towels and soap etc provided, handy for us with hand luggage. Washing machine also super handy. Steep steps to the apartment, but wasn't an issue for us. The Alfred Concierge service was professional and responsive. They messaged us beforehand to arrange to meet earlier so we could drop our bags off whilst we waited for the room to be cleaned. I few places we would recommend: Around the corner: - Il Santo Vino (cute wine bar where you can get a spritz in a takeaway cup for 3 euro or a cup of wine for 1 euro) - Osteria Santo Spirito (amazing gnocchi) Hostaria de Fulvio (lovely steak and mussels) - Trattoria Giovanni (amazing steak, tiramisu, chocolate cake and wine) - Gustapizza (great pizzas!) Other side of bridge: Oggi (lovely wine/ quiet side street)

Beautiful place and a great location for easily walking to many great spots. The road immediately outside can get quite noisy at night, so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. We’d absolutely recommend the ice cream place that’s fantastic and only a 30 second walk away, beside the bridge!

I loved Carla’s apartment. It is elegant and stylish with some wonderful period features. The bedroom has a large very comfortable bed & stunning decor. The lounge has window stairs that you can sit at and watch the cafe & market activity. San Spirito has a great atmosphere. The best rated pizza restaurant in Florence is a few meters away, a fantastic vegan cafe is meters away as is a wonderful bakery & top restaurants. Great Sunday market & smaller daily markets. Although there is noise from the cafes late at night, you cannot hear anything in the bedroom so your sleep will not be affected. Carla was a great host & helped instantly with information when our train to Pisa was cancelled due to a train strike. There was coffee/tea/water & the bathroom was well stocked. The kitchen & larder also have all the equipment you could need. I absolutely recommend staying at Carla’s wonderful apartment. I would love to stay again!

This place felt so at home and was probably one of my favorite stays while in Italy. It was the first place that we stayed at that had mosquito netting, and we weren't bitten at all. The back patio is absolutely gorgeous, abundant in blooming flowers and greenery and you can see a gorgeous estate off on a hill in the distance. It's incredibly picturesque. I also loved all the genuine photographs, artifacts, antiques, books, etc. throughout the house, it has so much personality. The home had plenty of space and truly felt like visiting a friends home. It also gave a more local vibe and location. Irene is so responsive and incredibly sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This was one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I have ever stayed at! The rooftop was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was gorgeous and exactly as described.

Perfect apartment for our stay in Florence! Iacopo and Elena were helpful from checking in (helped carry bags up stairs), to finding a parking garage, to offering a discount at their bar for afternoon drinks. Santo Spirito proved to be the perfect Florence location - lots of great restaurants and stores in walking distance whilst not being in the typical tourist location.
