Waterfront holiday rentals in San Felice Circeo

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

notre séjour s'est passé à merveille, les hôtes étaient très à l'écoute, l'appartement bien propre et la communication était simple et rapide. Ils ont répondu à toute nos questions et nous ont aider avec nos demandes. Je recommande fortement ce logement qui de plus est extrêmement bien placé

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Die Wohnung war wunderschön. Genau wie auf den Bildern zusehen. Die Unterkunft war jedoch etwas schwierig zu finden, sehr wahrscheinlich aufgrund unseres Navigationssystems. Trotz der Sprachbarriere, sehr freundlicher Umgang. Bei Fragen war Silvia immer erreichbar.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Esperienza super positiva! Appartamento spazioso e pulizia impeccabile, per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host Matteo che mi ha consigliato anche dei posti per mangiare. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda ed è facile da raggiungere con i mezzi. Tornerò sicuramente

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für ein paar Tage gebucht um einen Besuch in Rom sowie den Strand Besuch miteinander zu verbinden. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt für die paar Tage.

Beautiful apartment and area - immediately at the beach, nice outside area to wine away the hours with a good book or company. Access was easy and secure for cars. Sonny and her husband were very responsive and helpful at all times. AC was fully working and perfect after a hot day. Excellent base to visit the west coast of Italy, the train station is 10 mins away by car and you can get regular trains to either Rome or Napoli for a very cost effective price ( and comfort ). Areas to visit locally - Terracina, Gueta, Sperlonga, Fondi Would highly recommend 👍👍👍 PS try the local zip lining at Flying High or the water park at Latino

We spent a week in the house and were delighted with everything associated with our stay. Patrizia met us when we arrived by train from Rome and gave us a tour of the town to allow us to get a feel for the location of facilities such as the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Patrizia had thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and veg and the store cupboard was well stocked. We loved the garden area and spent many hours there. Local shops within walking distance provided for our needs and in particular the fresh fish was excellent. The beach is easily accessible and family friendly. Overall the holiday provided exactly what we had hoped for-a relaxing environment within a local community, good food and wine with a beach and town centre facilities within easy reach. Paolo drove us back to the station with our thanks and we will have no hesitation in booking the house again. Recommended .

Casa molto carina e pulitissima. A soli 8 min a piedi dal mare. Gianpaolo è stato carinissimo e super disponibile, ci ha permesso di rimanere un paio di ore in più per il check out e fornito info utilissime su Gaeta. Lo consiglio vivamente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

L’appartamento è molto pulito e assolutamente come in foto, Giuseppe è stato davvero tanto disponibile, presente, attento a tutti i dettagli per farti avere l’esperienza, la coccola, di casa tua ma in vacanza. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare rende tutto spettacolare, l’unica nota dolente è stata dover andar via! Torneremo sicuramente, un pensiero anche per Daniel che ci ha aiutato con lettini e ombrellone, gentilissimo anche lui, sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato assolutamente.

Lucilla has a beautiful property. The photos in the ad don’t do the view from the balcony justice! Lucilla responded quickly every time we reached out. She keeps the place spotless and the apartment is very well equipped. Lucilla’s restaurant & gelato recommendations in the area were fantastic. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

Appartamento spazioso luminoso e pulito , vicino alla spiaggia e facilmente raggiungibile il centro . Il signor Sebastiano è stato sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste lo consiglio. 😃
