Casa Anita was definitely a highlight of our Italian holidays! Vincenzo was supper attentive and supportive. We were greeted upon arrival personally by him and received tons of good tips. The apartment has everything one needs on vacation. Everything is new and thought through. Location is perfect. The apartment is in the epicenter of beautiful Italian evening and beach is about 15min walk. Most importantly, is the hospitality we have received. Casa Anita is not just Airbnb but a true community of ppl enjoying good vacation. We have started our trip with the wine and treats Vincenzo gifted, and washed out clothes (with provided washing capsules). Special thanks for that. We have even got a sun umbrella to borrow during our time in Terracina. Thank you so much for a such home like stay ❤️

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Stunning location, charming little house

Clean and tidy home. It fully reflected the description provided by the host. Host available and responsive. Convenient to everything, train station 15 minutes on foot, nearby, restaurants, bars, etc... We'll definitely be back.

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

No doubts Antonino is one of the best hosts we had after 50+ travels with Airbnb. The location is really unusual but easily reachable with a car, Antonino provided detailed guidance and met us personally. The main note here is that initially we wanted to stay in Artena in order to go to Rome every day but we didn’t even go there (we’ve been there before). It might sound crazy but we were impressed with Artena town hill much more than with Rome when visited it a few years ago. Thank you for everything Antonino. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
