Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Carlos Park

Perfect location for anyone staying in the fort myers/san carlos area. Very close to the airport and Hertz arena. The house was clean and private with a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around. Nick was an awesome host i would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Brody and Elizabeth’s place in Fort Myers. The home is located in a great area, just 2 blocks from Mc Gregor Ave. The unit is very, very comfortable, clean and in a convenient location a short distance away from downtown Fort Myers. Brody is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely keep this rental unit in mind when we return to Fort Myers. Thank you to Brody and Elizabeth.

We were in a tight situation and needed somewhere to stay ASAP. We found Vicki‘s Airbnb and within minutes she responded. Her home was beautiful and clean. There were a lot of amenities. She provided clear instructions that made everything super helpful, including getting into the house the expectations around check out, etc.. The pool was absolutely beautiful and my kids certainly enjoyed it in the short time that we were there. This house will be on my favorites list should we need somewhere to stay locally in the future.

We were very happy with Rachael’s Airbnb. She was able to accommodate our check-in time slightly earlier than planned. The Airbnb was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. We loved the mattresses and had a great sleep. I would highly recommend booking here.

Alex was very responsive on the occasion we needed him. Followed up with us too. He was a WONDERFUL host. The house and pool could not have been any better. We loved the indoor outdoor living. We found the house to have much more than we expected. Lots of kitchen supplies that were not expected. We live near by and had visitors from out of state and we would highly recommend this place to anyone all ages. Oh and our 2 little pups had a great times. So happy we can take them with us. The place was in a great neighborhood. Very peaceful. The place was very clean and just as pictured. Smelled amazing upon entering, bed was super comfortable and clean, and the showerhead was amazing! Irina, the host truly thought of everything when it came to this place! Cute private patio area as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

I’m so glad we booked with Stacy for our Ft. Myers trip! Stacy’s place was perfect for our getaway beach trip. Very convenient to go to the beach which was right across the street. Stacy provided free vouchers for beach chairs and provided an umbrella that was much needed during the heat of the day! Don’t hesitate to book!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

This apartment is super beautiful and lovely. Super quiet zone, stunning views. We saw dolphins around just in the balcony. All amenities were excellent and also extra food. I love the coffee area and the little table to drink the coffee looking at the ocean and views. This place has everything to relax, stay or even enjoy the pool or beach. The is a restaurant next to the apartments the food was good and drinks are awesome. We will come back definitely to relax and enjoy beautiful ocean views. Thanks!
