The apartment is very nice, wonderful space, excellent location!! We spend early days here!

The apartment is very well distributed and the decoration 10/10. It has a beautiful view of the sea and access to the beach is quite easy thanks to the elevator. It also has all the cooking equipment and even board games to hang out. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels. We had a great time as a family, I just recommend arriving early to find parking near the building.

Everything was spectacular!’ Super well located, close to the beach, a winery one block away, the condominium super well and very friendly all those who were working there. Vanessa and Enrique's communication was incredible from 1 l, super fast and friendly. The apartment is super comfortable, very easy to access and the terrace is the best part of everything, comldisima!! I would come back without thinking, thank you very much Vanessa and Enrique!!

My friends and have stayed in various Air B & B's but we all said that this was the nicest. It was more than we typically paid in the past, but worth it for this holiday. There was plenty of room for us to sit and relax, read and listen to the waves. Since we visited off season it was typically very quiet. There was some construction in front of the building but the noise impact was minimal. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the host responding quickly and the problem was resolved in 24 hours. The laundry sink had hot water so we could wash dishes without a problem. The wifi was without incident with 3 users. There were lots of places to walk and the small town had good restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to buy the groceries that we needed. The kitchen had an air fryer which was a great option for cooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Miraflores at Pedro Jose’s home! It was two blocks from the beautiful ocean walking path and very walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed and was very spacious for the two of us. Pedro Jose allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment well past check-out due to our late flight, which was beyond kind and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unique apartment and would definitely stay again!

Mr. Carlos's apartment is nicer than what you see in photos. It has a breathtaking view and is quite spacious. Also Mr. Carlos was in constant communication with us. We loved it!

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was fine with my stay, we spent a few beautiful days, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool, the condominium staff were very friendly and were always ready to answer our questions, the only thing I would recommend is that they change some appliances that did not look in very good condition, other than that everything was great.👍

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

Amazing stay. It's the second time we've been because the first time we loved the place and the trust and security that Maria Elena gives us. We'll come back at any time again for the next vacation anyway!

This is such a great apartment - clean, really well equipped (one of the best airbnb kitchens I've seen, it really had everything I needed to cook), and in a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops and even the waterfront! I love the area, and the apartment is really easy for check-in, the hosts were really responsive and I love that there is a front desk where you can ask any questions (and it feels really safe too). Would highly recommend!

Marisol’s apartment is a great place to stay in Barranco. It is very close to the main square & great restaurants (like a 5min walk). The terrace is the highlight of- large & comfortable. The rest of the apartment is also well appointed with a large couch & dining area. Marisol was very nice to communicate with and helpful. Check in & check out was very easy. One thing to note: the apartment is close to a larger street, so you can hear the traffic (i.e. might want to bring earplugs for sleeping).

because there was no MTA nearby, I thought the price was a little high, not to mention that it was almost day and night, a person serving a customer as if they were on the side of a motel, I made several complaints but nothing was resolved.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very nice!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very clean and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Great apartment and fast and effective communication. We would definitely come back! The only point I would make as an improvement would be the internet signal, which is a little bad and does not work in the bathroom. However, this does not affect the entire great stay.
