El departamento está muy bien distribuido y la decoración 10/10. Tiene una vista hermosa del mar y el acceso a la playa es bastante fácil gracias al ascensor. También cuenta con todos los equipos de cocina y hasta juegos de mesa para pasar el rato. Las camas súper cómodas y las sábanas y toallas limpias. La pasamos súper bien en familia, solo recomiendo llegar temprano para encontrar estacionamiento cerca al edificio.

Todo estuvo espectacular!’ Súper bien ubicado, cerca a la playa, una bodega a una cuadra, el condominio súper bien y muy amables todos lo que se encontraban trabajando ahí. La comunicación de Vanessa y Enrique fue increíble desde el día 1 l, súper rápido y amables. El departamento súper cómodo, de muy fácil acceso y la terraza es lo mejor de todo, comldisima!! Volvería sin pensarlo, muchas gracias Vanessa y Enrique!!

We had a wonderful stay in Miraflores at Pedro Jose’s home! It was two blocks from the beautiful ocean walking path and very walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed and was very spacious for the two of us. Pedro Jose allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment well past check-out due to our late flight, which was beyond kind and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unique apartment and would definitely stay again!

El departamento del señor Carlos es más lindo de lo que se ve en fotos. Tiene una vista impresionante y es bastante espacioso. Además el señor Carlos estuvo en constante comunicación con nosotros. Nos encantó!

My friends and have stayed in various Air B & B's but we all said that this was the nicest. It was more than we typically paid in the past, but worth it for this holiday. There was plenty of room for us to sit and relax, read and listen to the waves. Since we visited off season it was typically very quiet. There was some construction in front of the building but the noise impact was minimal. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the host responding quickly and the problem was resolved in 24 hours. The laundry sink had hot water so we could wash dishes without a problem. The wifi was without incident with 3 users. There were lots of places to walk and the small town had good restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to buy the groceries that we needed. The kitchen had an air fryer which was a great option for cooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Todo ok con mi estadía, pasamos unos días hermosos, pudimos disfrutar de la playa y la piscina, el personal del condominio muy amables y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a obsolver nuestras consultas, lo único que recomendaría es que cambien algunos artefactos que no se veían en tan buen estado, de ahí todo súper.👍

This place gave us some of the best memories in Lima. It has breathtaking views of the ocean! The building is very safe, with security 24/7, and right next to the park. The apartment was beautiful, within reach of everything, as this was our first time in Lima. The beds are super comfortable. It's such a relaxing space for vacation. The host was very responsive and kind.

The apartment was a dazzling oasis of cleanliness and style, a true testament to our host's incredible eye for detail! From the moment we stepped inside, we could feel the warmth of home and the vibrant energy of Barranco all around us. But the real magic happened on the rooftop what an unforgettable experience! We basked in the stunning evening skyline, perfectly complemented by selection of cozy seating and enchanting ambient lighting. I can't wait to come back and relive this amazing adventure!

I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and I have not had one where the host was as amazing as the place. The place was absolutely magnificent, he had everything we needed there and described everything perfectly and we could not get over the space and the view of the ocean and water. You had plenty of places to sit and be able to take an amazing view of the water, if you wanted to you could also just go walk down the the water and go surfing if you wanted to as well. The whole area was so safe and everyone was friendly and extremely walkable and plenty of grocery stores for food and supplies and plenty of restaurants within the area too. Finally the host was the icing at the end he was extremely friendly and even sending suggestions to us when we were leaving that because of the new terminal being built in the airport they recommended leaving earlier and recommended places to go for ordering food or buying groceries. I would come back to Peru just to stay here again.

por não ter MTA coisa perto achei pouco alto o valor e sem falar que era quase dia e noite uma pessoa atendendo cliente como tivesse de um lado de motel fiz várias reclamações mas nada foi resolvido.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Apartamento ótimo e comunicação rápida e eficaz. Voltaríamos, com certeza! O único ponto que eu colocaria como melhoria, seria o sinal da internet que é um pouco ruim e não pega no banheiro. Porém, isso não afeta em nada toda a ótima estadia.
