This was our second time staying at David’s place. It is so well and thoughtfully stocked. You will need for nothing. The lake, out back, is beautiful and peaceful. If you are a birder, just go! David is very responsive, and easy to work with. We’ve already made plans to return.

Great place to stay! Felt like home but also was very clean and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our family and we enjoyed the game room! Daniel was very attentive and proactive in responding, definitely would stay here again!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

This was exactly what we needed for a few days. We didn't get in town until late and the check-in was easy and flexible. Jordan had called earlier, so when I had a bit of trouble finding it around 11:00pm, I had his number handy and he answered right away and got us to the property fairly quickly. We felt safe the whole time and never came in contact with the owners of the front home. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay at Shay's place! The pool was awesome, and Shay was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. 5+ stars!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—there wasn’t a single thing we found ourselves missing. The kids had an absolute blast kayaking and swimming in the swimming hole—it was a highlight of the trip! The downstairs area was perfect for the whole family to relax, hang out, and enjoy some quality time together. Such a cozy, welcoming spot—we’d definitely love to come back!

Very rarely do you find an Airbnb that super-exceeds your expectations. This home absolutely did that. Everything was nicely appointed, yet warm and homey feeling. We stayed as 2 adult couples and had a great time. That said, if you're a family of 8, you'll likely have a great time as well. The game room was a lot of fun, the kitchen had everything you'd want to cook inside or out. The pool was perfect sized, clean, and we'll kept. The grounds were beautiful. The lakeside area was awesome. literally zero complaints other than hating to leave.

Hoang is great! Very informative and stayed in contact. His home was very welcoming and comfortable for the 7 young senior boys we rented this house for. All the beds came in handy for our party of 10. Great location, only 25 minutes away from Busch Gardens! Hoang provided all the necessary amenities needed for a successful trip. All I had to buy was food for the fridge for our 4 nights because everything else was provided. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Our boys had a great time!

Easy place to find. Very clean. Had a great atmosphere. Peaceful when we wanted. Right next to the tennis facilities where we were playing.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

We have stayed here three times—that’s how much we enjoy it! This is a charming old house in a neighborhood that is classic Lakeland. Just two blocks from Florida Southern and some incredible Frank Lloyd Wright architecture.

Absolutely beautiful and affordable home! It felt so warm and homey from the moment we walked in. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of when it came to essentials. The host was great! Very communicative and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This house is the best on the river. The outdoor deck space and location on the river are both amazing. The interior is also extremely clean and comfortable. We had 3 families stay with kids ages 2-7 and they all had a blast with things to do beyond the river. The kids also really enjoyed the bunk room. Sonia & Rock were extremely responsive and accommodating to our group. We will absolutely be booking with them again!

We had to wait 7 weeks to move into our new home and spent the 1st 3 weeks in a run down, old, dirty AirBNB. This place was like a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our kids enjoyed fishing every day and we had several smores in the fire pit. House is old and quirky, but it added to the charm of the place.

I loved my stay @ Erik’s place. It was exactly as described. Clean & well equipped. Great pool. I had a family member stop in during my stay with a toddler & conveniently there was a high chair..a touch I was impressed with since I didn’t book with children.I visit Tampa often and this was thus far my best stay. Thank you Erik for being a very attentive & courtesy host.

The house was even more spacious than expected. Easy to find, super safe-feeling and quiet neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean and well-organized, and was more stocked with essentials than any other house I’ve stayed in with my family.

We try to come out to Weeki Wachee every summer. This by far has been our favorite place! Beautiful house with so much to do! a family of manatees likes to hang out at the doc as well!

We stayed with family and small children. The place was nice and open and made me feel comfortable knowing I could see them at all times. The home had everything you needed including kitchen ware and pool toys. The view was amazing and just a peaceful place to sit by the pool and watch the boats go by. Renay was great and always responded quickly. We will be coming back next year for our visit!

This Airbnb was one of the most lovely ones my family and I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Plenty of towels. Everything you would have in your own home was provided, including lamps in each room, throw blankets, and tissues! My family had just stayed in a house in a different city in which there were no tissues and one lamp in the whole house and all the overhead lighting was the headache-inducing bright daylight LED bulbs! We enjoyed sitting on the deck each day looking out over the lake in this quiet neighborhood. Response time was very quick.
