We were 2 families with children, we had a spectacular time. The condominium is very family friendly with activities for the kids; the relaxing beach; the very tasty restaurant and the A1 house. Miguel Ángel was very attentive at all times, the house had everything you needed, in addition to being very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for all the attention 🤍

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

We went super well with the stay. The house lends itself to spending the weekend with the family. The house comes with everything you need to enjoy and the common areas of the condominium are also super cute.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it's not so hot. Otherwise, it's very cozy

The condominium is very nice, very clean, tidy, there was a restaurant in the pool and there was an accurate bar, we had a very good time. We had a great time. We were in Tania's house, the house is perfect, it has everything you need and access to the beach is easy and you can jump to other nearby condominiums, everything is very good!

We loved our stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean. Great location. My kids enjoyed the pool & beach. Both hosts were very kind and responsive. They went above & beyond. I highly recommed staying here!

A very pleasant stay in Victor's house, very attentive always for any questions.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. From the date we came there was a little cold in the evenings, but good weather in general. There is plenty of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and utensils to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping is solved. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The good grill, we brought our own charcoal but had to use, I would recommend carrying lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to move to the boulevard of Asia easily, but in any case if there are Ubers who accept the trip,

Paolo was always attentive to our questions, it was easy to get there, the house and the pool are as shown in the photos, everything was clean and tidy, with everything necessary in the kitchen and kitchenware.

We had an amazing weekend with my family. Rodrigo and his mother are super friendly and attentive, they answered each of our questions. The place is easy to get to and is large, clean and tidy, as shown in the pictures. 100% recommended.

Nice house to spend a few days as a family, away from the noise of the city. If they are lovers of good food, this house has a mud oven, cylinder, grill, everything you need to enjoy. I also liked the privacy, you just focus on having a good time with who you are. If you need to connect to see work topics, they offer internet starlink. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent stay, we had an incredible time with my family, the house has everything you need as in the photos, super equipped and comfortable with an enviable view. Angelo was always attentive to our doubts and asking if everything was okay. The pristine pool and beach is beautiful. I will definitely return with my family.

Our stay was very comfortable. The house is cozy and is equipped with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. The kitchen has all the utensils you could need, and the two rooms are super comfortable, ideal for lounging. What we enjoyed most was the pool, especially on sunny days, and the grill area was perfect for family sharing and preparing meals outdoors. The host was very friendly and helpful at all times, always willing to respond to our inquiries and help us when we needed it. We would definitely come back!

Alfredo is a good host, the house inside the condominium as described, first line of Puerto Viejo beach, tidy and clean, although strict in the rules of coexistence. The maintenance workers are very friendly and correct. would go again

Our stay at Ymelda's apartment was excellent. It's the last condominium built and looked like a premiere apartment. It included clean sheets, hair dryer that made it easier for us to logistical. My girls had a lot of fun and there was always a cordial and permanent communication with Ymelda if we had any questions. Thank you and we will definitely consider this option for next summer :).

This is an incredible property with an amazing view just steps from the beach. There’s plenty of space and it was spotless. Sophia welcomed us as we arrived since it’s a little tricky to find the first time you drive there but we loved Punta Hermosa and the restaurants which are easily within walking distance.
