Holiday rentals with lake access in Samut Prakan

I liked that the house was spacious and clean.

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

Very pleasant 1 month stay here with friendly and helpful hosts. Right in the middle of the floating market and lots of temples nearby. Apartment is above the shared kitchen space. Overall very quiet and peaceful place, wake up with bird sounds :) The rooms are Japanese style, clean and high quality. I received weekly cleaning service included in the price. Shower is good. Bed comfortable. Wifi generally ok, even for working online. Some issues with the front gate during the stay but host was pro active in fixing it. Its very clear the hosts care for their guests (thanks again for the small Christmas gift!). If you want to stay somewhere peaceful with access to Bangkok via metro / grab taxi this place is perfect. Would be happy to come here again next time when I visit Bangkok!

The moment I open the window, I fell in love with the scenery. It was hard to capture the beautiful scenery in the picture. Everything including kitchen tools was fully equipped and the owner was always very contactable and tried to help us. The location is 40 to 50 minutes by Grab taxi from Bangkok city center and it was never difficult to catch Grab taxi. There are famous cafes like After the rain,Bubble in the Forest,so it would be nice to visit them togother. I am so happy to have fantastic memories with my mom in the beautiful place. Thank you so much and I would like to visit again soon.

We rented a car in Bangkok city and stayed for a week.The location close to the airport made it easy for my friends to pick up and drop off at the airport, as well as the security and surroundings.

Best place and cozy

Passapol is a very responsive host. She offered us free breakfast and one hour complimentary boat ride. She was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late. The Butler was very helpful and kind was ready to help at any time. Place was clean enough but not to my standard as I am a clean freak. Facilities were also up to the standard but can be improved. And it was close enough to city, about 20 min car ride. I was very happy that my son could see every day life of Thai people away from city and we could walk to local floating market. I would definitely come back to stay there.

Everything was very nice, the host answered very quick and also helped with everything. i asked. The only thing that disappointed is that the pool didn’t work, but everything else was fantastic and this place and the host are the best!

A 👍🏼 great choice. The 🚪room, 🛏 beds and 🚿bathroom are big and comfortable. The staff in the building are cordial. My kids enjoy dipping in the pool 🏊🏻 after a long sightseeing day. The room had a large desk with several power outlets 🔌, a small refrigerator, an in room washing machine👍🏼 and a kitchen with very few utensils 👎🏼. The hotel has a break room where you can have a basic breakfast: toast, butter 🧈 , jam, eggs 🥚 (which you must fry in your room or cook in the microwave), some 🍪 cookies, instant coffee ☕️ , tea 🍵 , instant noodles, cold and hot water to drink. The place is a few minutes walk to the sky train station 🚉, but is a bit far from most sightseeing spots and the center of town. You have to considerate that you will spend around a extra 90 Baht a day per person to go and back to the center of town. But I will still recommend the place si really nice and quiet 🤫 for when you want to disconnect from the rivers o people, tourist, lights, tuk-tuks, vendors and more in the city.

Great service. Nice location by the train station. Nice Breakfast option, it was so helpful. The pool is lovely too. Very nice experience. We enjoyed it very much. I am staying here again next time. ☺

This room exceeded my expectations. The actual room was even cleaner and more beautiful than the photos. The environment was peaceful and quiet, which made my stay very relaxing. I especially loved the lake and the swimming pool, it was such a serene setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway! !

The room was very clean, well prepared and fully equipped. There isn't any toothpaste so bring your own. You should look up Na Siri Lakeview on the Maps. The view was great, though there are quite a lot of noises around the hotel. However, the price and location is perfectly reasonable for people who need to transfer between flights.

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

The location is a little far from the city but it has a beautiful view of the Rama bridge at night from the apt and the viewing place near the river. Apt itself was nice and felt like home. It was easy to communicate with the host & check-in check out procedure was smooth.

An incredible stay. The home was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice - a lovely two bedroom apartment in an incredible building and location. The best part was the rooftop pool and gym access. The home is lacking in a few basic amenities like towels and cooking ware, but this was communicated by the host who was always easily reachable and responsive. Would highly recommend this stay!
