I was so surprised by the house.The host was very, very attentive and touched by the details.The auntie on the other side is very enthusiastic, and it is also the old town of Chaoshan.Go out and make a motorbike nearby 3 minutes to the subway station.Taxis are also available at the door, rented a car to the villa, there are several parking spaces available, which is great.Would recommend someone to come over in the future.

This was a gem of a place to stay. Thitima was very nice and helpful the whole time. I would definitely like to stay here again if in Bangkok.

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.

We stayed at this place and overall had a good experience. The apartment is small but cozy. There is a swimming pool and a gym (although the gym is quite small). The apartment has a washing machine and a nice bathroom. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but we were offered to move to another place while it was being repaired, which we really appreciated. The location is good — there are several coffee shops and cafes nearby, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to get to Sukhumvit. Overall, we definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay and located in a great neighborhood

The environment is super nice, the most cost-effective stay here this time is very clean gym and open-air swimming pool, all of which are convenient for the whole.

The room is quite good, there is 711 under the floor, and a large local market, quite convenient!Basically no need to hire a car

Stayed here for a week, I really like this apartment, the room is big, the high floor view is very nice, the room is clean and bright, very new, the accommodation is very comfortable, the apartment is in a good location, 50 meters downstairs is the subway station, it is very convenient to get around, the staff in the apartment is very friendly, the security guard in the entrance door will greet and open the door, the host is also very friendly and welcoming, I can help with any questions at any time, recommended, I will choose to stay here again next time

Sebastian is a great host; he was always willing to answer my questions in a very friendly way, he helped me a lot with directions to the apartment and gave me great recommendations for what to do in Bangkok. The location is very good, there is a metro station nearby and it is easy to get to in any type of transport.

Mr. Sasha’s house is very beautiful and cozy, and they have two adorable Chihuahuas, Chic and Dodo. The room comes with a private bathroom, which is very convenient. The decoration of the room is also lovely. Mr. Sasha provides clean towels and coffee, and the whole family is incredibly nice. Also, I highly recommend Mr. Sasha’s Korean restaurant. I wanted to eat there every day — the shrimp meal, salmon, jajangmyaon, gimbap, fried chicken — every dish was super delicious. Especially the shrimp, it’s a must-try for every guest. It’s truly yummy Korean-style food. I will miss this place and will definitely stay here again next time I come to BKK! Let me know if you want a more casual or formal tone!
