Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

Sani and her family are great hosts. The house is beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean. Everything has been thought of. After the first night Sani brought homemade sourdough bread and mangoes from her garden, which were absolutely phenomenal. Even when I got very sick, her brother brought me activated charcoal tablets and asked how I was doing. When I was hospitalized, her family supported me as much as they could. It was a heartwarming stay and I hope not the last - next time I won't be alone :)

A great place to stay in Bangkok’s k if you don’t want to stay in the middle of town- conveniently located, clean and thoughtfully furnished for guests comfort and convenience.

Great place. Looks as described. Walkable to multiple food spots, 7-11, train. Worked well for 9 of us. Best part of this place is Aom. She made us feel at home, so friendly, made fantastic breakfasts. She spent an entire day exploring the city with us! Would go back just to visit her! Highly recommend staying here.

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Good Location, beautiful condo with all basic amenities, Nice swimming pool. Very Responsive Host.

Very nice flat at mid height of the tower. Beautiful view of the river. Everything in the flat worked well and there were even plenty of water bottles in the fridge. The sun in the afternoon got hot but the AC could cope. The Sky Train was at some 100 m and the same distance to the boats on the river. The shuttle boat to Iconsiam with all its restaurants was very convenient, I often lunched there. Impressive pool on the roof, usually empty. The car service from the airport was a nice extra, especially as ticket automats in Bangkok usually don´t accept cards. I would certainly consider staying here again.

A spacious one-bedroom apartment in the heart of W District, on a high floor facing north, away from the noise of Sukhumvit Road, rather quiet for Bangkok with a nice view of the area. W District has a 7-11, two cafes, two barbers, and dozens of restaurants, including the W Market outdoor food plaza (open until about 11pm/midnight) and Shakariki432 open 24 hours serving Japanese yakiniku, izakaya, sushi, ramen, and Thai mookrata. And there's another great cafe (Milk and Honey) across the Sukhumvit Road, and the BTS station, post office, multiple other shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a five-minute walk. The host offered an economical airport pickup option and met me at the condo. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the first night, but they had it fixed the very next day. They were always available to assist with all my requests and very friendly. Note: In May 2025, the pool and gym were closed to repair damage from the March earthquake.

A very clean, quiet, well-equipped accommodation. Perfect pool. Everything you need next door. Not far from the airport.

Nice condo building and great walkable neighbourhood. The neighbourhood had the sound of chickens cock-a-doodle-dooing at dawn but I liked it. The view from the window is peaceful from the top floor.

There is a convenience store nearby Convenient for getting around by taxi.

Stayed here for 5 days lovely place with good swimming g pool and gym , just over the road from megabangna so easy access , also 10 minutes walk to 7/11 , and free shuttle bus outside to BTS line

Had an amazing stay at Kiats place. The apartment has a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen. Kitchen had everything one would need for cooking and eating. Microwave, small electric stove, utensils, plates, cookware. There were also some basic cooking ingredients. In the living room there is a couch and a smart tv. Shower had a good water pressure and water. What stands out the most about this apartment is its location right next to bts Punnawhiti, green line which can take you to the centre in 20-30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Kiat for a wonderful stay.

nite was very responsive and friendly! very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay as well! the place looked exactly like the photos, very comfortable and clean! convenient bike ride to the BTS and has a nearby 7-11 to buy whatever you need!

Demi was such a great host and the flat was great! We didn’t arrive in Bangkok until 1am, but Demi still had her driver come pick us up and take us to the flat. Demi was also super helpful and responsive, any question I had was answered in about 5 minutes. Pool is great to cool off, and the place matches the photos exactly. There is a 7-11 2 minutes down the road, and a mall with a supermarket about 25 mins walk away. Thanks for having us! - Sam

Nice and cosy place set back from the bustle but still easy to access and a nice view. Za responds quickly and gives clear instructions for check in and out.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and would like to come back in the future. The location is very convenient for transport. Although a motorcycle taxi is available, I preferred to walk to the nearby BTS Bearing station. The apartment is well equipped, the decor is colourful and stylish, and the hosts are nice people.
