The holiday home was built in 2020 and done with a lot of good details. In the main house is an open living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, master bedroom and two bathrooms. The house is heated with underfloor heating and has everything in appliances. Ude is an annex with a spacious bedroom, and the houses are connected by terraces, which also connect the outdoor areas on the property. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and gas burner, patio, petanque court, kitchen garden, hammocks and fire pit. The house has a sea view and there is an 80 meter walk to the beach.

Our architect-designed house on Røsnæs opens to the south, and the large natural grounds are full of life all year round. Often you see both wild game and birds of prey, while you enjoy your morning coffee. We love to go for walks in the undulating ice age landscape and maybe have lunch at Liva at Edderfuglen or swing by one of the local wineries on the way. You can enjoy both the summer days of solar heat in the hammock with sea views and quiet winter days with red cheeks and fire in the wood-burning stoves. The place invites you to let the rest fall on you.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home with the view tower and the ocean as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You'll be staying in a small annex on your way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small homestead with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

The house has its own beach and sup boards hang by the shelter with grass roofs. A hot bath in the outdoor shower with a view does well after a dip. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset and then an unspoiled starry sky from the backyard's large terrace or from one of the house's cozy nooks such as the loft or the alcove.

There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.
