You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small homestead with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

Enjoy your vacation in this unique and quietly located cottage high up in the Mårup hills. There are wide sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with a direct view of Busdalen, which was formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses and cows as the closest neighbors. The only way up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and up to our cottage and the neighbors in the two cottages at the end of the road. It is 2.5 km to shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor.

The house offers an unusual mix of tranquility and natural beauty with a magnificent panorama of the sea. Here you wake up to the sound of waves, while the morning sun hits the front yard's terrace. The house has its own beach and sup boards hang by the shelter with grass roofs. A hot bath in the outdoor shower with a view does well after a dip. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset and then an unspoiled starry sky from the backyard's large terrace or from one of the house's cozy nooks such as the loft or the alcove.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

Fantastisk beliggende gårdlejlighed. På toppen af en bakke med fantastisk havudsigt ligger Holmegaard. Gården er opdelt i separate lejligheder, med fælles køkken og spisestue. Lejligheden består af soveværelse, egen stue og badeværelse, samt en fantastisk udestue. Gården er nyistandsat, dog hvor den oprindelige gårdfornemmelse er bevaret. Gården ligger i udkanten af Ballen, 10 minutters gang fra butikker, restauranter mv., men ligger alligevel fuldstændig uforstyrret for andre naboer.

The house is located 215 m from the fjord at which it has a 180 graders panorama-view. The house was built in 2016 and is at 82 m2 with a covered terrasse at 60 m2 and an annex of 12 m2. It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Fast internet. Water, electricity and end of lease cleaning is included in the rent. Start/end-day: Saturday.
