Lovely small apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the farmhouse which is an older 4 long timbered farm. 1 bedroom with large double bed. Small living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little out from the wall: -) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In the summer there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee maker, electric kettle. Private bathroom .

The apartment is part of our farm located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the farm overlooks fields that belong to the farm. We have no animals on the farm other than cat and rabbit. The rental is newly built holiday apartment ( 2023 ) of 55 sqm . Towels, linens, and are available to purchase an electric car charge.

The apartment has its own bike shed that can be locked.

Lejligheden er lys og luftig og ligger på 1.sal med egen indgang og med adgang til lille hyggelig “gårdhave” med hynder og parasol og gasgrill Minimums alder for børn er 10 år. Vi bor i stuen og man må forvente alm “støj” fra os, men vi er generelt stille og rolige. PRISEN ER INKL SENGELINNED, HÅNDKLÆDER, VISKESTYKKER, KARKLUDE, KAFFE, THE, FORBRUG OG RENGØRING. Rygning i lejligheden er ikke tilladt og kæledyr er desværre ikke velkommen. Man kan oplade sin elbil ca 150m fra lejligheden.
