Skønt hus og beliggenhed - perfekt til familier

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Dejlig privat 4 værelses lejlighed udlejes i ferie og nogle weekender. Lejlighed på Århus ø med udsigt til vandet. Stor sofa en mand kan sove på. Baby seng kan lånes. Lejlighed er i stuen. Der er vaskemuligheder i lejligheden. Tæt på træning Tæt på supermarked. Tæt på skov og strand Små legepladser findes rundt på øen Indhegnet fodboldbane i nærheden Der er parkeringskælder ( Betaling) Til info skal i vide vi flyttede i 2024, så nogle af anmeldelserne er fra vores gamle lejlighed.

Skøn, familievenlig lejlighed i Aarhus C

Tag hele familien med til vores fantastiske bolig på Frederiksbjerg i hjertet af skønne Aarhus. Lejligheden på 112 kvm ligger i Aarhus' mest familievenlige kvarter, og rundt om hjørnet kan du finde skov, strand, legepladser, caféer og Tivoli Friheden. Derudover ligger lejligheden et stenkast fra Ingerslev Boulevard loppe- og madmarked, bylivet på Jægergårdsgade, caféer og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Lejligheden har alle børnevenlige fornødenheder og legetøj ad libitum til børn mellem 0-8 år.

Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

Our guest house is located on its own, in the large courtyard. The house is cozy and partially modernized, has central heating and next to kitchen and bathroom contains of four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds - one room with a double bed and children's bed, three holding two single beds each. For bigger groups (min. 4 people) we offer breakfast with organic, local and homemade products, 125 kr/p.p. Please order well in advance!

Dette hyggelige sommerhus ligger på Nordfyn kun 25 min kørsel fra Odense, og har en skøn badestrand 100m fra huset. Det er børnevenligt, og i roligt kvarter med dejlig natur til aktiviteter eller gåture. Huset er løbende renoveret og kan benyttes året rundt. Et dejligt sted midt i Danmark.
