Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sampzon

Beautiful accommodation for our few days in Ardèche. The house has everything we needed: very functional, fenced garden so perfect with our dog, close to very beautiful bathing areas. We'll be back! ☺️

We stayed 3 nights in Agnès' accommodation. We arrived in a beautiful village with all-stone houses, and the icing on the cake was a castle right next door. The village is very quiet and the accommodation very welcoming and very clean. We did not meet Agnès but she is a super responsive host and we were touched by the little touches on our arrival.

Excellent stay at Renée's, very nice house, neat, well furnished and equipped in a beautiful peaceful village. Renée is very attentive to the well-being of her guests and welcoming We'll be happy to go back

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

I enjoyed my stay in Ardèche in the beautiful apartment offered by Jean-Baptiste. the apartment is very well equipped as if you were at home. There is a beautiful space and it is bright with a beautiful outdoor terrace to enjoy the view. i would recommend it without any problem. 😉

We had a great stay at Valérie and Patrick's. Their cottage is very nice and comfortable, it feels very good; their welcome very warm, responsive and full of valuable advice on all the opportunities of their beautiful region. Thank you so much for a great meeting!

We had a great week at Chantal's place. We did a lot of activities without ever driving more than 20 minutes. As for the accommodation, it is a rare gem: the garden is huge, the view is magnificent, it is quiet, the house is functional and so clean that we thought we were the first tenants to inaugurate the accommodation! In short, you can go there with your eyes closed, we recommend it!

The apartment is inconspicuous. Not promising when you enter. However, it turns out to be very stylish and warm, even though it's made of cold stone. Welcoming the host is nice. The location in the village, so the bigger the car, the harder it is to maneuver and parking, but in return on foot everywhere in 5 minutes.

Staying in this ancient building with renovated suites was a quintessential Avignon experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the location just off Place de l'Horloge. Vanessa provided clear instructions for check-in and we had no other needs to contact her about during our stay, but I am confident she would have been available and responsive. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean & beautiful, and the open living space was perfect for our 3-night stay. We were so happy to be there on a Saturday so that we could enjoy the street market with local artisans and vendors! :) Would stay here again if ever in Avignon. Loved staying in the old city and finding small cafés on narrow Rues to enjoy Spritzes or a meal or even a morning croissant.

I recommend it 100%, very nice and well located accommodation. Lovely and responsive host. Activities all around the accommodation, it was a very nice discovery of the Ardèche. A huge thank you!

Jeremy was very helpful, super responsive and his place is very clean and spacious. We loved having an air conditioned place and it was walkable to the town center and train station. Only downside is the stairs but I had a pretty heavy checked bag and still managed it just fine. Would definitely come back to stay at this place again anytime I’m in Avignon.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet village like a museum. We were glad not to be accommodated in the bustling Vallon Pont d'arc. Bakery, great little grocery store and a nice restaurant within walking distance. Communication with Sandrine worked out excellently.

A very cozy place to stay. The courtyard and the barbecue and seating areas are wonderful. We had the farm all to ourselves and had so much privacy. Very nice and newly renovated bathroom with separate toilet, great new kitchen. Comfortable beds and spacious. A great starting point for excursions in the area, great bike path and wonderful swimming opportunities in the rivers. We will be happy to come back again.

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A very functional apartment, well-equipped and close to many points of interest. Having a private garage in the property, which is also shaded, is a real plus. Monique is a very welcoming hostess, present while being discreet and very good advice. Shops are within walking distance, as well as restaurants and the river.

I recommend the accommodation, clean, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. I'll come back on my next visit to the area. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment with charm near everything to visit

A piece of paradise in the middle of the vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to discuss their passion and their art with them. They are fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, just like the description. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description, no surprise. Perfect bedding and a very nice soothing decoration. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, I think.

Cute apartment. Great location. Small point of improvement: The wifi is no longer up to date in the instructions and the pillows should be changed (not comfortable) But otherwise, great 😊

We stayed at Michelle’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at (among probably 20 + places we have rented over the last 40 years). Everything about the experience with Michelle was top notch. She’s so friendly, thoughtful, caring and professional. We needed to contact her a few times during the stay, and she handled every question perfectly and with grace. The apartment’s amenities ticked off all the boxes. We chose it for the proximity to downtown, and were happy to be able to walk easily to all the stores, restaurants, pharmacy, Place aux Herbes, etc. That means a lot, since my husband cannot walk long distances. In addition, we arrived in town at the start of a very nasty cold/flu illness we’d picked up on a cruise a few days before. The apartment was perfectly suited to help us rest and recover. We spent a night at Coralie and Romain's place. The bedding is very comfortable, the apartment spacious and quiet. I have read some comments about the VMC. If you close the doors to the bathroom and toilets, you can't hear it. We had a very good exchange with Coralie, who was very welcoming. There are all kinds of shops nearby; Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a charming little town. I recommend Coralie and Romain's accommodation.

We highly recommend the hot tub and pool are ideal after the hikes available in the area! We had a pleasant weekend and keep the address with pleasure!
