This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Overnight stay due to connecting flights. Place is very close to the airport (6 euros by u-ber or 1,85 by bus or metro). Dog and noisy neighbors a bit of a problem. Small but comfortable room, nice bathroom, kitchen fine (coffee and water provided), Wi-Fi very fast. In the morning, go to a place nearby but do have cash (no card accepted), coffee and plain cake for 2,20 euros). I definitely recommend Rafael’s place for a short stay.

Two days to visit Lisbon by taking the river shuttle to seixta 10mn from the apartment (crossing 20mn).... Visit alfama neighborhoods, seixta. Chiado... Tuk tuk tour of the city discovering many monuments with a super guide who speaks French English and English very well. Great knowledge of history... Tuktuk DOURO&TEJO too great. Today belem, estoril, sintra., waterfalls Perfect location friendly hosts. ***** I will recommend around me without hesitation

Quiet place, with nearby free parking, great last minute checkin experience, flexibility at check out, all very clean, organized, friendly hosts. The bathroom has a good and warm shower! I highlight the comfort of the room, with TV and Netflix available, and especially the mattress, I slept very well! Wifi also very fast, surprised. I did not use the kitchen, but at the checkin it was presented to me and has everything it takes to prepare meals. Thanks for the immediate availability and flexible checkin. I recommend and will be back for sure!
