Waterfront holiday rentals in Samos

A beautiful stay in a very quiet place by the sea. We could get our apartment right in although we were 3 hours early! There is plenty of closet space with hangers for clothes. Plenty of equipped kitchen to cook for yourself. When we were unpacked, Maria and Nikos were waiting for us with delicacies, so sweet! The location is beautifully located by the sea. The car is next to the door or you can put it in the parking lot opposite. We were allowed to take the canoes. Nikos took us on fishing adventure. that was great experience! The caught fish cleaned and in the evening on the grill. how nice is that?! You just have to ask them, and they'll take care of it. For a walk, cross the road and walk up the mountain trails. You drive the car everywhere in no time. Walking or with a bike is a challenge. For peace and space, this is the ideal place. Anything you need is present. We have closed it in our hearts and hope to stay here again next. x

Our arrival and reception were uncomplicated and very, very friendly. Kind-hearted. The view from the large balcony on the 2nd floor! of Ireon, the harbor and the sea is magnificent. We will be happy to come back. We wish Voula all the best. N & U

This stay at Manoli place was the best stay of my life. The hosts were so kind and helped me a lot when I needed a place to stay because my flight got cancelled. The flat was beautiful and exactly like in the picture. The place was spotless and extremely clean. Manoli welcomed me with cold water and a great bottle of wine. The place is very peaceful with a supermarket and a medical center 2 minutes from the flat. The beach is absolutely amazing and the people in the neighborhood are extremely friendly. I will definitely come back !!! Thanks again Lucian and Manoli. You are wonderful people !!!!

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was exactly as in the pictures and we immediately felt at home. Although we didn't use it a lot (many restaurants nearby) the kitchen was very complete, the bed comfortable and the apartment spacious. The location was very central but still a bit quiet with the entrance in a side-alley. The living room window is an excellent spot for people-watching and the balcony has a nice sea-view. Shower had good comfortable waterflow but was a little small. We are not 'big' people but even struggled a bit. Instructions for check-in were very clear and Angeliki was a friendly, helpful and flexible host!

If you want to experience the privilege of having a private beach just for yourself, fall asleep to the sound of waves at night, gaze at galaxies thanks to the lack of city lights, enjoy your breakfast with a sea view, and spend peaceful time with yourself — this is the perfect place. The host is incredibly helpful and provides everything you may need.

It was the most amazing vacation I've had in a long time. Right on the waterfront. The airport is very close and it may deter some from choosing the place, but it is not a problem. There are not many flights to and from Samos. Everything was as it should be and I would love to come again, if possible.

We had a wonderful time at Balos Beach. The ocean is just a few steps away from Dafnis place. You even are able hear the waves crash from your bedroom. There are several restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is perfect if you a looking for a silent place to calm down. Next to the apartment is a local coffee shop/mini-market which has Greek Live music once a week. Listening to the live music next to many locals was one the most delightful experiences we had in Greece. Dafnis husband who can provide you with fresh bread, croissants, etc. on a daily basis was the cherry on top.

Martha's accommodation was simply excellent! Check in was very flexible, we were able to enter the accommodation earlier. Everything was very clean. From the house to the city of Kokkari was super fast. The beach in front of the house is very clean and invites you to linger. We will be back next year!

Had a super nice vacation. The accommodation is located directly on the sea, we even saw dolphins! fully furnished cottage, nothing else needed. The kids had a great time, there are many beautiful beaches in the area, from 10 to 45 min drive, full choice! nice harbor with cozy restaurants under pink trees. Recommended!

We enjoyed stepping back in time at the Old Villa in Ormos. We liked having a larger fridge and stove for cooking. The location was perfect, very quiet and short walk to the port where we had many tavernas for meals. The courtyard was relaxing with lemon and orange trees and other flowers. A hammock would have made it perfect. We enjoyed the many paintings and artwork throughout the home.

We had a great week at the property with our kids (16,13,10). The view is truly stunning. In the kitchen you will find everything else you might need. The house has all the comforts. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool with sea views, several seats and plenty of space inside. Recommended to do in the area is hiking in the surroundings of the Potami waterfalls and eating at the top of the steep stairs. And if you really want to see a beautiful sunset, you should definitely eat at Orizontas (book). A boat trip to Ephesus is also well worthwhile. In the May holidays, it can still be fresh, so a cardigan is recommended. The house is quite centrally located and you can easily reach the surrounding villages with a rental car. The photos match what you see in real life, maybe it's even nicer!

The property is basic but has everything you need and has lovely outside space which is shaded by fig trees. Over a small road and on the beach. Plenty of facilities nearby. It would be very easy to find if the pin was showing the right place. Iro was waiting for us on our arrival. We would use again and had a great holiday.

Antonis’s place was great — super clean and peaceful. We had an amazing time. I have no words for the view — it was simply fascinating. We also loved the private beach, which was just a 2-minute walk from the house. The pool was always clean, and the house was cleaned every day. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars just 15 minutes away by car. We hope to visit Limnionas again next year. Thank you for everything. 🥳🌸

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

We thought the stay was fantastic. Certainly the large terrace with beautiful views. And as a surprise, a new bathroom had been installed. We found the double bed a bit hard, but that is also personal. From the terrace, you can see fishing boats coming in. It is a quiet but very cozy village with 6 restaurants and a few bars, all with beautiful terraces. For us, the ultimate Greek atmosphere prevails. Vangelis and Sevasti are very friendly and helpful. On the beach in front of the house, you can sit in the shade under trees on sun loungers from the accommodation. Next to the entrance of the apartment is an outdoor shower. 50 meters away, you have another food truck with chairs and loungers which are free when you buy drinks. They play quiet music and certainly not too loud. Next to the accommodation is the soap factory. This is only in operation in the winter but very nice to visit.

Small but nice, if you just like it on vacation. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, just because you are directly connected to the harbor and the extremely friendly neighbors. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace and quiet. This is pure Greece and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbor basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many swimming opportunities, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking routes are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It's better to rely on the phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back
