Beachfront holiday rentals in Samos

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

We booked the same day we arrived, Kleopatra had just cleaned when we parked and told her that we just arrived. She waited waving her hand in front of the entrance to the complex of several flats while I walked down the street in the direction she had told me. In the beginning there wasn´t any hot water, but when I sent her a message, immediately the heater was turned on. She also brought me a hair dryer. The appartment is nice, luminous and tidy, with a small balcony with a table an two chairs to enjoy the view on the Marina. The kitchen is basic, but enough. You´ll find salt, but will have to achieve the rest in the nearby supermarket. Still, a very good price-service relation, quite unbeatable on Samos, I guess. Thank you, Kleopatra, for our pleasant stay.

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

Beautiful location and excellent food. Loved the homemade croissants and the views from the cliff side. Easy access to great swimming and super nice folks! The grocery store is a 5 minute walk and lots of restaurant options are nearby.

With a charming house, private yard, parking, and a beach view, Stamos’ place is a fantastic deal and a perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the best of Samos. We were there for nearly a week, and the house was one of our favorite parts of our time on the island. Stamos himself is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a little gem of a place! A little bohemian and relaxing with beautiful views of both sea & mountain. The pool is fabulous but as the lovely beach is a 5 minute walk you are spoiled for choice. The bathroom was the only slight issue, clean & adequate but very small. I will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tania. Very nice pool for early evening swims after beach and touring. Samos offered several beaches that were easy to find from property. Very clean house that was well-appointed. Closest village, Kokkari, was just 3km away with great restaurants and beaches to enjoy.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Nafsika handled the communication via Airbnb, reacted timely, was helpful and flexible. Manya was the one present at the location. She gave us plenty of good advice and made some calls for us when we needed help with something. The place is really nice and is at a beautiful location. It's just recommended to rent a car, as it is a little outside of Kedros. We really liked our stay! We will come back to Samos and if possible stay at the same place again!

the cleaning of the house was great, daily cleaning was done and our garbage was taken away. The view of the pool was very nice, the grocery store, the beach and restaurants were a few minutes away by car. Her communication and hospitality were nice... Paradise apartment is in a fantastic place, stunning views and quiet location while the coziness of Kokkari is at your fingertips. The apartment is fine, nice little kitchen and good A/C's. The bathroom is on the small side, but we also shower especially outside at the pool. By the way, it is a very good swimming pool, sufficiently large and also deep. If you walk down to the apartment, you will get to a kind of private (pebble)beach, very ydillisch within 7 minutes. There are no chairs so you can't lie there. Mania is a great hostess who has good tips for beaches, getaways and restaurants. We even got a souvenir from her.

Antonis’s place was great — super clean and peaceful. We had an amazing time. I have no words for the view — it was simply fascinating. We also loved the private beach, which was just a 2-minute walk from the house. The pool was always clean, and the house was cleaned every day. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars just 15 minutes away by car. We hope to visit Limnionas again next year. Thank you for everything. 🥳🌸

Firstly wanted to say what a great host Manoli was, went out of his way to help when needed. This place had breathtaking views and beach was across of our apartment walking distance. Thank again Manoli.

It was a location near Pythagoreio. The sea was very nice. It was very nice that the front of the place we stayed was the sea, we had our own umbrellas and sun loungers, the calmness and the lack of crowds. There were enough tools and supplies in the kitchen. There was a big fridge. No main ingredients like salt, oil, you have to buy groceries. Natasa, who took care of the cleaning, was very helpful with everything. Katerina was very responsive to our questions and quickly made up for a small mishap. The washing machine is not in every room, a common machine is placed inside a closet at the entrance. No detergent. If you want to use it, you should buy detergent. I would prefer to stay in the same place again when we come to Samos. It felt like home. Everything was beautiful. Definitely recommend

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

This is the perfect place to unwind. It is a rustic setting completely secluded, just you and nature. Spectacular scenery and tranquility with the best sunsets. Alexis and Vicky were extremely kind and helpful, picked us up at the airport and provided fruits and vegetables from their garden. Special mention to the homemade ice cream! Look no further if your goal is peace and quiet.

We loved our stay here, it was absolutely amazing and even more beautiful than on the pictures! Walking distance to the beach was not even 30 seconds, you can see the sea from the room and the balcony. The apartment was spotless clean and much bigger than the pictures suggested. The hosts are absolutely lovely and even let us stay the whole day of our departure in the apartment (our flight was in the evening). I can't recommend this place enough and hope to return someday. We had a most amazing stay in this lovely flat. Light, clean and perfect location in one of our favourite small villages on earth, Pythagorio.

It is a studio apartment consisting of 1 room + small kitchen and bathroom. The location, the beach and the peaceful beauty of the environment made us very happy. Chris provided clear explanations. If you rent a car on the island, there is a parking lot where you can almost come to the front of the apartment. I stayed with my wife for 5 nights and it was the beginning of the season, the beach was very beautiful and the environment was calm. However, if we were going for a longer stay, we would prefer another apartment with a sofa. The bathroom can cause some dampness inside, it is not very uncomfortable, but frequent ventilation may be preferred. The kitchenware seems to be dusty because it is near the window and exposed.

A magical location with a small private cove to swim from and views from a lovely terrace over the sea. Maria and Gianni very welcoming, warm people. We communicate fine on text and google translate as I am only beginning to learn Greek. Fresh eggs from home hens in the fridge. Beautiful. I will come here again.
