Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Our house is in a quiet location in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars im Untervinschgau, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in any season. The concept is "living in nature" . The special feature are two glass fronts with unrestricted views over the valley, which can be opened on both sides in the basement. In this way, a pleasant climate can be created, even in strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

In every season it's a great choice for people who love mountains and enjoy relaxing holidays far from the city noise.
