Everything's fine, great host

Amazing beautiful view apartment!!!!! Corner apartment with views that you will love during the day and evening. When I go to Ecuador I book Mabels place and when family visit Ecuador I recommend her place. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedroom. Very clean and organized. Has parking and building amenities are excellent. Hightly eecommend her apartment!!!

Excellent option, comfortable, it has what it takes to do a working visit to the city, but if you come on holiday I think it gives you many facilities. The mall search is a bonus.

Nice location, very secure.

This is our second time staying at Christian's property. Had an amazing experience once again! We were a group of 12. The accommodations are excellent! It was great to have laundry facilities and kitchens on each floor. After a busy day, it was nice to come home to a controlled access, quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay!

the apartment was very nice. Just to spend and visit relatives for a few days, it had all the necessary amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a large room and the room had a comfortable sofacam to sleep. In addition it had a washing machine, even we did not have the need to use it. the cuneta sector with quite a few shops, and squares outside the whole, something far from the city, but that is a separate issue, which does not influence the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended, if there is a new opportunity to travel we will book again

Maritza's suite is located at one of the best areas in Guayaquil, with lots of restaurants,bars,museums and plenty of activities within walking distance. Maritza is AMAZING ,very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend her place.

Tomás's place we really liked it for several reasons, it is very well located, it is in an area that feels safe, there are many restaurants, supermarket and shops very close, it has a very nice garden, parking inside the house and a very friendly dog, it also has everything you need to feel comfortable, without a doubt every time we return to Guayaquil it will be our place to choose.

Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems. New place with an excellent location, safe and full of amenities, they also have their own power plant, something necessary with the power outages that in Guayaquil can last up to 14 hours in a row. The host is very friendly and responds immediately.
