I love this apartment, it’s probably my 5th time coming here. I always come back because it feels like home. it’s comfortable, host is always attentive and always responds very quick. Very central to all of Guayaquil. 5 mins from the airport, 2 mins from the mall and many restaurants. Her apartment is always clean, security makes you feel very safe. I will definitely come back like always.

Excellent option, comfortable, it has what it takes to do a working visit to the city, but if you come on holiday I think it gives you many facilities. The mall search is a bonus.

This is our second time staying at Christian's property. Had an amazing experience once again! We were a group of 12. The accommodations are excellent! It was great to have laundry facilities and kitchens on each floor. After a busy day, it was nice to come home to a controlled access, quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay!

Tomás's place we really liked it for several reasons, it is very well located, it is in an area that feels safe, there are many restaurants, supermarket and shops very close, it has a very nice garden, parking inside the house and a very friendly dog, it also has everything you need to feel comfortable, without a doubt every time we return to Guayaquil it will be our place to choose.

William always responded quickly. We were able to check in without any problems with the reception of Martha and her husband who are in charge of receiving the guests. Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems. Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️

New place with an excellent location, safe and full of amenities, they also have their own power plant, something necessary with the power outages that in Guayaquil can last up to 14 hours in a row. The host is very friendly and responds immediately.
