Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ecuador

We used the property as a central point of contact. Traveled to the Amazon and Galapagos from there. We were able to leave luggage well in the apartment. Due to the 24/7 guard protection, a very secure facility! We would come back 😄

A short but absolutely charming stay. The apartment is cozy, warm and with a spectacular view of the city. The finishes are of excellent quality and the modern building gives you a plus of comfort and security. Everything was perfect, definitely a place I'd love to go back to. Totally recommended!

The response is very fast. The host is very nice and helps with any problem. He has a solution for everything. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at his property due to a flight cancellation, but we got to know an amazing person and he understood the situation and handled it amazingly.

Very comfortable and well located with a spectacular view of the hill. Definitely a quiet place, for my part I can say that no noise was heard from the 9th floor, which is where the apartment is. Equipped enough even for long stays. Being able to use the amenities is something to highlight in the building despite being a short-stay guest. I really liked the view!!!

l I've stayed in multiple Airbnb's in Quito and this is the best one. I can leave the window shades open and not feel like people are watching me, plus the balcony has a great view. There's no reservation required for the hot tub, pool, sauna, and steam room which is a win for those like me that want freedom to go when I want and it was never crowded. The home felt specious and very clean and Isabel was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay was very pleasant, the hosts were attentive and answered all our questions. The place is amazing and very spacious, it has everything you need, it is tidy and clean. We would definitely come back.

An excellent option for Santa Cruz, price, location, place is a small and adorable house, it is very well thought out for an adventure of travelers in Galapagos, they have bicycles, umbrellas, washer-dryer and a very impeccable cleaning. A true inspiration for visitors.

This was a nice house for our groups stay in Banos. The jacuzzi and kitchen were convenient so we could cook some meals + relax on the rooftop. The hosts were nice and helpful when trying to meet to get the keys for our late night arrival. Only thing I would say is that some of the listing was a bit misleading because there was no nespresso machine or coffee provided at the house while being featured prominently in the listing photos. We booked the place over another because we thought it would have this. Other than that it was a great stay!

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Beautiful place, amazing beach view, at night a wonderful sky. Perfect place to rest and get out of the ordinary.

My experience at Casa Colibrí was excellent from start to finish. The place was impeccably clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere quiet, ideal for resting. The location is a safe area. The host was very kind, attentive and always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% to those looking for a cozy space, and especially if they want to see the real hummingbirds

That was by far the best place to relax and recharge in Puerto Ayora. Super clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everything. I particularly liked having access to a proper washing machine and a separate dryer(!) within the house, as well as fresh air throughout the day through the windows that had fitted screens to keep insects out. Monica was also very friendly and overall a great host.

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Fantastic stay in an exceptional apartment: its sea views, its location close to everything, shops, malls, cinema and at the same time its tranquility. Tomás's place we really liked it for several reasons, it is very well located, it is in an area that feels safe, there are many restaurants, supermarket and shops very close, it has a very nice garden, parking inside the house and a very friendly dog, it also has everything you need to feel comfortable, without a doubt every time we return to Guayaquil it will be our place to choose.

Everything was fine with the place, the hosts quite friendly but there was a strong smell of humidity, the duvet and small pillows were dirty, just like the bathroom sink, I had to take pictures because in the house rules there are quite a lot of noise from the neighbors and the outside.

We loved it ! Even tho we only stayed a night. The host was flexible with our check out time and also was able to hold a luggage before our check in. Definitely will recommend
