Our stay was great. Marjorie and Don Carlos were super attentive, answered all our questions quickly and to make sure we are fine during the blackouts, even put an extra gas stove for our convenience. The house is as you see it in the photos - spacious, clean and safe.

Safe place. I rested very well. For a while I could not use the pool, but the rest was very good. Close to shopping centers and restaurants in Guayaquil. Everything was very quiet and very good. Recommended

Undoubtedly the opportunity to stay in this suite was one of the most nutritious experiences I have had in my life. Said space is very cozy, it contains everything one needs to spend the night without inconveniences; this added to that you can tour the place where it is safely located, as well as its surroundings, where with ease whether you are with a vehicle or walking, you find places with various services, from a wide variety of exquisite dishes of the country, as well as very nice and friendly people. On the other hand, both the host and his beloved wife always welcome you before any questions with a good disposition and always have the concern that everything is working correctly and that you are very well. So all this as a whole makes the experience even more enriching, and I 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for the best place to live this experience.

David and his uncle were very friendly and what to say about the stay. A wonder of the house in a place that was quiet and safe, 100% recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Blanca Isabel and her home. The place is ideally located on Via a la Costa, inside a gated community with playgrounds, roaming security guards, and very nice parks/trails that always felt safe. The backyard has a nice pool and hot tub where our family was able to relax and our kid had a blast. Inside the home, each bedroom and each main area had air conditioner. The linens were crisp, and the bathrooms were fully stocked, not to mention spotless. We made use of the kitchen on most days, thanks to the nearby Supermaxi grocery store, where you can find anything and everything you could need. We were also able to enjoy the many restaurants nearby, ranging from gourmet dining, to artisanal local fare, to fast foods like Burger King and Carl's Jr for the kids. But perhaps the best aspect of our stay was the host. Blanca and her team were very respectful of our privacy, but at the same time incredibly responsive and available. Highly recommended!
