Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. The home was beautiful and spacious for a family group and the pool was so much fun. Everything was clean and comfortable and they were kind enough to let us borrow an air mattress. Truly the perfect stay for a bigger group. The house was friendly and accommodating and the man who lets you in was very helpful. The only thing I will say we had an issue with was finding the house but that was sorted out. Would definitely visit this house again!

We’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful and best-located home we’ve ever rented. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Veronique was super responsive, kind and friendly. I enjoyed the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the action in Las Terrenas. I loved the location where I needed to slow down and enjoy the comfort of like being at home. It had everything needed to serve up great home cooked meals. I only ate out twice during my stay and enjoyed utilizing a quad to explore the town that Veronique had waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely stay here again and probably will; same time next year. The home didn’t disappoint and the pics are exactly what was presented. There is a true up of electricity usage at the end which came up to about $10 US for the 9 days of my stay.

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Anna was amazing. She responded to every text quickly and was really accommodating. The place was just like the pictures, it was perfect. It is a place to spend time with the family and you will have a lot of things walking distance including the beach. Love the place and the host was incredible.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

This stay was exactly as described—absolutely perfect! We made a last-minute reservation and the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which we truly appreciated. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

This is was our third time visiting Las Terrenas and our best stay yet. The villa was amazing, location was perfect and service A1.

We really fell in love with Villa Lomita. This charming Caribbean house is located in a quiet and green residence. We particularly enjoyed the shady and intimate terrace, and the large pool. The location is ideal: everything is done on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.) I was able to telework in excellent conditions thanks to a reliable internet connection and two well-equipped workspaces. A peaceful and comfortable place, just perfect! Thank you to Mélissa for her kindness and the quality of her hospitality.

What an incredible house!!!! In a magical location too! We stayed at this stunning place with our four year old and had an absolutely incredible time! The house has everything you possibly would need! It even had details like sunscreen and bug spray to kids toys and snorkeling masks! The architecture is beautiful the whole house feels so so clean and comfortable! The master bedroom is like nothing I have ever stayed in! The way the privacy is done with the glass film creates such a unique experience inside with the warm light! The hosts are wonderful and there is massage on sight at request! It was the best stay!!! We are definitely coming back here again! The most BEAUTIFUL beach is 4 min walk! And we have visited every single beach in Samana province since it’s not our first time here, it’s absolutely the best!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The villa is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, the hosts were very friendly and collaborators, the pool was clean, the beach nearby. My family really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely come back.

The home is outstanding. The host is responsive. The house is a few meters from Punto Popy Beach. Which is on strip full of good restaurants with the full island vibe. Don’t overlook this place and book it if it’s available. Highly Recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for our honey moon! It was everything that we needed and the host was super helpful with everything from the ATV to a taxi to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a family event and the house was within walking distance to the venues and restaurants that we attended, The house is very comfortable with private bedrooms in the main house and a nice guest house with an additional private room and a bunkbed bedroom for extra space. the house has a good size pool and patio to spend the day or have a nice family gathering. It is very nice quiet residential private area perfect for a family reunion (not loud parties) but there are nearby restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want to have a night on the town. I would definitely come back with friends or family. Las Terrenas have beautiful pristine beaches to relax which is the highlight of these neck of the world. You can even have the housekeeper come every day for an extra fee and she cooked the most delicious local food for us. Thank you Christophe!

The villa is much prettier than in the pictures! It is beautiful, the outdoor gardens are super beautiful, the interior is huge and a very quiet area, but full of bars on the main avenue. I would definitely go back.
