Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

The Unit Jose provided was perfect for what we needed for our trip. It was conveniently located on the property and easily accessible to all the amenities on the property.

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the terrace every morning was great. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and checking in to ensure our stay was smooth. Julissa was very kind, attentive and made sure everything was perfect from the start. Alba, the lady who takes care of the house and cooks, was super sweet, helpful and welcoming; her food was delicious and made us feel at home. The house is beautiful; spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It feels like a private tropical retreat, surrounded by nature and with quick and easy access to the beach. Quiet, relaxing and everything we expected. A place to visit again.

The place was really great and had all the listed amenities. Humberto was very responsive and helpful. Maria the housekeeper was the best and really took care of us well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Las Terrenas!

Open arrival we were totally enchanted by the beauty of the views and surroundings. The house was very clean and our beds were very comfortable too. We especially loved hanging out by the serene pool and gazebo. Lindsay gave us amazing places to see and to enjoy the natural beauty that the DR has to offer. She was very responsive to our every need. I would highly recommend coming to visit her home.

This is really a beautiful house🤩we are a family with 5 peoples from Denmark, and we travel a lot. We have been in the Dominican Republic for 17 days, and Jim’s house was really the best place we had lived in🤩you have all you need! Towels inside and to all the great pools. Everything in the kitchen. Free water to drink. Netflix. Beautiful wiew. Good gymnastics room. Sweet staff all over. And a great lady who take care of Jim’s house. We can recommend to walk on the Samana bridge, especially in the afternoon and see the sunset🤩A good restaurant was Santa Bahia kitchen. A fantastic tour with whale Samana🤩 If you have a car, don’t hesitate to book this house🤩

Absolutely magical! We stayed in the Penthouse through RedAwning on Airbnb and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The decor was stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Close enough to the action to explore with ease, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout moments was receiving a personal call from the owner, Odain, when we arrived. He genuinely wanted to hear our feedback and offered thoughtful, local recommendations that set the tone for a warm and personalized stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional—was Enrique, the local property manager. She is an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, Enrique went above and beyond at every turn. She helped us schedule transportation, shared the best food spots. It’s rare to feel so deeply cared for in a rental experience—she made us feel like VIPs, and also like family.

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.
