Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salzkammergut

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We had a great stay. We appreciate the privacy of the house, it's an ideal stay for families with small kids. I hope we can come back again one day!

We, 5 friends who were here for sports, were warmly welcomed at the accommodation. The quiet, idyllic location is a dream! The old farmhouse is also very charming and sparkling clean. Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was tiptop and as in the photos. The view is a dream. From the main road, it is only a short walk to the accommodation, which is easy to reach with the navigation system (Google Maps). A problem we had was solved to our satisfaction with Hans in the shortest possible time.

Had a great time. Only regret is we booked it for just two nights. Great view, house and people. Would love to come back again.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay at Eva and Andreas’s beautiful home in Austria. From the first day, they were incredibly kind — helping me carry two heavy suitcases and assisting with laundry during my stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly at home. The house is a charming traditional timber structure, carefully restored by Mr. Andreas over 10 years. He personally designed and rebuilt everything — every detail in the home reflects his dedication, heart and soul. The living room is especially memorable, with a unique “Route 66” theme featuring clocks, maps, and vintage décor. After I accidentally left some personal photos behind, Mr. Andreas kindly posted them to my hotel in Germany at his own cost — a truly thoughtful gesture I’ll never forget. This stay was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. I’ll definitely recommend this special home to my friends visiting Austria!

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's accommodation is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The accommodation is really nice and there was nothing we lacked. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. She always gave personal tips on hikes and local events. There is much more to be said here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from our own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

The whole area is beautiful and Martina’s house is perfect! You can reach easily the city center by foot, and all the famous cities are very near by car as well! The apartment has a gorgeus terrace! Martina was very helpful and she answered very quickly! I highly recommend her place!

This place deserves 6 stars. We spent 3 weeks visiting Germany and Austria and this was our top stay! I wish we would have stayed for a full week. The location of this apartment is great for hiking as well as walking the city center. Having parking was a rare and wonderful perk. The apartment itself had absolutely everything my family needed and was spotless. The hosts allowed us to check in early when we were rained out from a hike. We will definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

We recommend Ferienwohnung Obereck for your stay in Bad Ischl. The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay (kitchen equipment, bed linen, towels etc.). Location of the apartment is great – in a quiet place and at the same time in a driving distance from many interesting places in this area. Communication with Agnes was very smooth. She was very kind, helpful and always responded in very short time.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

We travel in this area every year and were now guests of Franz for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam in the beautiful bathing lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was super clean again and really has everything you need.

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. I had an absolutely lovely stay at this Airbnb in Salzburg. From the very beginning, Natalie went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. She provided incredibly detailed instructions — even down to which exit to take at Salzburg Hauptbahnhof — which was such a thoughtful touch and made my arrival easy and hassle-free. The location of the apartment was ideal. It’s just a short 5 to 8-minute ride on bus 22 to the main railway station (Salzburg Hbf), so getting to and from the city center and other parts of Salzburg was incredibly convenient. The bus stop was nearby, and the area felt peaceful and safe. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can truly tell that Natalie cares deeply about her guests' comfort and experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg.
