Living room space is a bit small for 4 adults but we were only 2 so it was perfect. Apartment was clean and as advertised Location was great Highly recommend a stay here for a ski trip

This is a great hotel. Peaceful, cosy and clean. We slept really well! Location couldn't be better - ski bus stops almost right across the road, Eurospar just few steps away and Stubnerkogel gondola and Felsentherme spa only maybe 200 meters away. Every morning we had a good breakfast, got our skis from the hotel's ski room and then some serious skiing. Polite and friendly service all the time. My husband said that also the sauna was good, and that's a lot coming from a finn;) Definitely coming back someday!

Accomodation and location were excellent. We really appreciate the approach of Mr Lackner to us. Everything was better than we expected. Great holiday. We fully recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! :) Stylish balcony! We really liked the surroundings with a view to mountains. We got a discount summer card for cableways and summer activities. :) Flies in the apartment were a little bit annoying but the house is near a farm and cows so It is understandable. :) Just note: We paid 2 euros tax per person/per night.

This is perfect if you want to experience the old town of Salzburg, it is a very short walk away and you are in the middle of town. It is also a short walk to the Augustiner Brewery! It is very quiet at night and the river next to the room was quite calming. Everything was clean and prepared for us. We did not use the pool. We enjoyed our stay! Solveig and Thomas

Klaus is a very warm and kind host. He’s happy to help. The place is very cozy and warm, it’s like a 5 star hotel in a little and private village. The place and the furniture are great and full quality. The bed is really comfy, warm and restful. Also they include a really good breakfast.

This place was a favorite of our family! It was a BEAUTIFUL location just a few minutes drive from the old city center of Salzburg. We really enjoyed being outside the city and getting the “feel” of the Austrian landscape. Our host, Margarete, was friendly and superb in every way. Our room/apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and a pleasure to stay in! We hope to stay again!

Wir waren für 7 Tage bei Johanna und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders praktisch: Die JokerCard war inklusive – dadurch konnten wir viele Ausflüge in der Region unternehmen und tolle Aktivitäten wahrnehmen. An unserem einzigen Regentag haben wir den großzügigen Wellnessbereich genutzt – sehr gepflegt und ideal zum Abschalten. An den sonnigen Tagen war der Außenpool eine erfrischende Abkühlung. Ein tägliches Highlight war das tägliche, sehr leckere Frühstück und die hauseigene Pizzeria. Wolfgang und sein Team sind großartig – freundlich, aufmerksam und mit viel Leidenschaft dabei. Die Pizzen und Nudelgerichte waren durchweg lecker, und auch der Nachtisch ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wir hatten eine rundum gelungene Woche und überlegen schon, im Winter zum Skifahren wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!

첼암제 호수와는 거리가 약3km정도 됩니다. 주변에 스파와 같은 수퍼마켓도 있고 레스토랑도 있어요. 실내외 수영장의 규모는 크지 않지만 깨끗하고 편의시설도 좋습니다. 특히, 데스크의 남자분이 너무 친절하고 저희가 알아 들기 쉽게 천천히 말씀해 주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 가족단위 여행객들에게 적극 추천합니다.

Olimme tässä hotellissa toistakertaa ja tulemme myös jatkossa. Valitettavasti naapurihuoneistossa asusti juhliva nuorisoporukka, joka valvotti yhden yön. Tämä ei tietenkään ole majoittajan syytä. Muuten hotelli on rauhallinen, paljon lapsiperheitä. Huoneisto oli siisti ja riittävä kolmelle hengelle. Hyvät sängyt. Kylpyläosastosta iso plussa tänäkin vuonna, tämä ylellisyys kuului hintaan. Kiitos majoittajalle.

Erg goed hotel. De kamer was erg netjes en schoon. Je voelt dat het een fijn familie bedrijf is, iedereen erg hartelijk en ze doen alles met liefde. Ze maakten het tot een fijn verblijf voor mij. Een fijne laatste locatie van mijn vakantie

Wir haben über Silvester unseren Skiurlaub bei Wibke im Landhaus Kitzblick verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Landhaus Kitzblick ist toll gelegen und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto sowohl im Skigebiet Zell am See, als auch am Gletscher Kitzsteinhorn. Das ebenfalls beliebte Skigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm ist innerhalb von 30 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Man hat also die Qual der Wahl. Unser Aufenthalt im Zimmer Sissi hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Da die kleine Küche über keinen Herd verfügt, konnten wir den Herd in der Gemeinschaftsstube nutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der morgendliche Brötchendienst, sonfern man diesen wünscht. Wibke stand zu jeder Zeit für Fragen, Antworten und Tipps zu Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Flo & Alina

Booked on the way from Innsbruck last minute. Responded as soon as we booked. Great value for the price, very convenient 5 mins drive from our visit to Hallstatt. The whole hotel has been freshly renovated and they have done an amazing job. It’s a very modern and well equipped hotel. Very quiet location for rest, perfect for couples. Short walk to some really good food at local restaurants and across the road is a convenient store very handy. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable our whole stay and asked by owner upon checkout about everything and if anything can improve. Great stay and experience all around.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! Nestled in a peaceful, remote location with stunning views of the Austrian Alps, this place was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The spacious room was much larger than expected, comfortably accommodating more than six people—even though we booked for six. Given the size and the incredible scenery, the price was unbelievably affordable compared to other options in the area. The tranquility of the surroundings made our stay even more special—no noise, just pure nature. The host was welcoming and provided clear instructions. Access by larger vehicles was possible, which was a plus for our group. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, roomy, and serene mountain getaway with postcard-worthy views, this is the place to book. We’d love to return! Highly recommended!

Tolle Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bikepark. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auch zwei Kleinkinder dabei, die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr modern und toll gestaltet, auch die Aussenpools waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The house is especially suitable for skiers or mountain hikers. The room is clean and recommended to everyone!
