Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wander- u. Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Gemütliches Apartment in den Alpen

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

We renting in our Apartmenthouse 4 Apartments, from 1 bedroom till 4 bedrooms in the apartment. All the apartments have there one badroom, kitchen, balkony of terrasse. Stock, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Ausziehsofa, vollständige Kochecke mit Geschirrspüler, für 4-6 Personen geeignet, eigener Balkon und wunderschönes Seepanorama. Unser Garten und der Badeplatz mit Badehütte am Irrsee können genutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine ist für einen Kostenbeitrag nutzbar.
