Holiday rentals with a patio in Salve

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

We stayed 5 nights in this apartment. The terrace is amazing as well as the sea view!!!! Well located, supermarket 8 min drive, the small city center is within walking distance. Clean and functional apartment, nevertheless it is very poorly soundproofed, we heard the neighbors next door and above very distinctly. There is also an open-air nightclub 400m away, it was very noisy but only for 1 night, but it was the national holiday!! The earplugs solved the problem!

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

WOW! This is an absolutely gorgeous place. We booked this as it was fantastic location for our friends wedding. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long and as soon as we arrived regretted not booking here for longer. Daniele was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and very responsive. He made us feel so welcome. We were able to check in early as the room was ready and even allowed us to check out late too. He was great for recommendations as well. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos (if anything, better). It’s serene and peaceful and was always very quiet whilst we were there. The amenities are brilliant, well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy and felt very safe. The complex is gated which made it feel very private. We didn’t have long to explore much of the surrounding area but what we did see, was lovely. Honestly 10/10 air bnb, will be recommending to everyone and hopefully be back one day!

Beautiful, extremely clean home located in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. A great place to get away from crowds and a good location to visit all of southern Italy’s beaches and cities. Our favourite Beach was only a few min drive away and the kitchen is will equipped for making meals. Raffaela is an amazing host! We could have stayed for ever.

we had a great time. Super friendly and available to accommodate us every time we made a request. Nadia is also very happy to tell the history and anecdotes of the place. She even offered to take us on a visit to the nearby village. Beautiful and quiet location. We'll definitely be back... looking forward to it!

The small apartment is really fantastic. The upstream street hardly bothered us, as the view of the sea and the dune landscape - both in stormy rainy weather and in sunshine is simply fantastic. We gladly took the slightly longer path to restaurants and shopping facilities (walking distance about 20-30 minutes) as the occasion for extensive morning walks by the sea and through the (seasonal) still somewhat sleepy streets of the vacation, weekend and summer cottages shaped Torre di San Giovanni. Overall a great starting point for trips to the whole of Salento. As often described, the apartment is well equipped with the small kitchen, we didn't miss anything here at all. The communication with Emanuela and her parents is exemplary. We could not all try the restaurant tips, we had helpful and effective answers after 30 minutes at the latest! Thank you for these unforgettable days!!!

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

Maria and her husband were hosts who, with great kindness and discretion, welcomed us to a magnificent residence by the sea: clean, well organized and with practically private access to the sea. 50 steps separate you from a bright cliff from which you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing view from the splendid equipped terrace. The private parking facilitates travel from a location that remains close (5/20 mins) to many wonderful beaches. Wonderful vacation also thanks to this incredible house.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

A fantastic stay! Emanuela was an amazing host, so helpful and responsive and her place was beautiful. The roof terraces were perfect and location was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, cozy, and it made you feel right at home. Stunning views, with direct access to the water so you can jump in as soon as you wake up. It’s a wonderful place to relax and use as a base to explore the nearby cities. The host was very kind—she welcomed us with some groceries and was always attentive to anything we needed. I 100% recommend it and hope to come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos place. Stunning home looks exactly as it is in the photos a blend of original features with exposed stone and beautiful ceilings and modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location less than 10 minutes walk into the beautiful old town of Lecce. We used Lecce as a base to explore the south of Puglia and would highly recommend it great road links to explore the east, west and south coast Lecce really is a stunning place and the ground floor apartment was ideal, there’s on street free parking and we always managed to get parked in close proximity Carlo kept in touch with us throughout our stay with some great recommendations on where to go and eat. We highly recommend staying here.

It was an excellent place to stay with a beautiful view of the sea. It was there that the apartment sleeps 5, although there were only two of us. The apartment had a brand new kitchen and bath and was equipped with everything from the hair dryer to the washing machine and grill. Pasquale also prepared a bottle of wine, water, and puglian crunch for us on the table. He was a very attentive and extremely communicative host and we had a good chat. She gave us excellent tips, what to see, where to eat, where to park... It's a good idea to ask them! I highly recommend it, especially out of season, because there is no crowds, just calm, sunshine, and the sea! Be prepared for one thing, there are mosquitoes... If there's one way, we'll be back with our boys:)

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very neat and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.

Beautiful little house 3 minutes on foot from the sea and the small center of Torre Vado. The house is as described, there is a modern air conditioner and the bathroom has windows. To particularly appreciate the outdoor space, always shaded thanks to a large plant in the courtyard and ventilated during the day, less at night. Definitely a great hotspot to visit the wonders of Salento and at the same time be sure to be in a quiet place to relax (no disco, groups of boys, etc - that you can see in neighboring towns such as Gallipoli)
