Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Salt River

We had a wonderful 16 day stay until we closed on our home. Wendy was great at communicating. Her place was very clean. And had everything we needed. Covered parking was a plus.

My stay at the guest house in Tempe was exactly what I was looking for. It was private, very clean, modern, updated and very easy to navigate. I appreciated the open concept and got a lot of work done in addition to seeing family and friends. Very comfortable bed and furniture and just enough kitchen for my needs for the week. The modern fixtures and appliances were perfect, and it is within walking distance to several stores to pick up groceries, coffee/bagels, or meet with friends at bars/restaurants or it’s a very short rideshare away! Great landscaping in the inviting backyard offers much privacy in a very secure and well-maintained Neighborhood too.

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Our second time staying there. Very peaceful. House is the perfect retreat! Beautiful scenery, all the neighbors are super polite. We always love going to mammoth saloon at goldfield ghost town and chatting with cowboy Dan! Loved the peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of San Diego navy life!

Olivia was very kind and so helpful with check in! Her instructions were very clear and she was quick to respond. The place was perfect for the stay that I needed. So clean and in a peaceful neighborhood! I would definitely stay again

Hayley’s place was perfect for what we were looking for! The views of the mountains are amazing and the private feeling, while still being less than 10 minutes from stores and restaurants, was ideal. The house was clean, check in and out where both super simple, and the pool/hot tube/fireplace were all well maintained. Would absolutely book here again in the future.

It was a very comfortable, clean pleasant placed to lay your head to rest. The location is in a nice safe neighborhood and Jackson was very responsive. A well furnished kitchen, ready to take care of your meals. That’s good.

Kj is a friendly & super responsive hosts she also had great recommendations on the surrounding area. Loved how the complex was gated & only those who know the code could enter. Located within walking distance of Roosevelt Row where’s there’s plenty to do. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a secure/somewhat private stay & also that is walking distance to all the action on Roosevelt.

This is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Clean, comfortable, pretty landscaping, even a kitchenette!

The place was just what we needed and met expectations. We were grateful that Mychal was able to get us in a bit early.

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

We had a great stay at the cool and cozy condo. The unit was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies, and though we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The location is great and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The complex was really quiet, the AC worked great during the hot weather we had, and we were glad to have a covered parking spot. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

It's a lovely place, quiet, lots of room and I love the outdoor area too... Victoria kindly let me extend my stay, which helped a lot! Would stay again.

The place was great and quiet despite having next door people there were no complaints of noise. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the play pen and baby chair for our baby which made our stay much easier! Check in was easy with the thorough instructions. The location is great for Scottsdale with many things and places to go to nearby. The pool was also great, had it all to our selves!

We had a great stay at Jim and Maria’s place. It was close to Tempe Marketplace which was convient. Spacious for a two bed two bath. Looked just like the pictures. Would recommend!

My stay at Jennifer's Condo was outstanding. The location is fantastic, and the price is perfect. So many things to do within walking distance. Food stores, restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale was a short walk away.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

We loved our stay in Mesa. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to questions and when there was an issue with the dryer, he had it resolved within hours. We would stay here again! One of our favorite places to date.

my three week stay in Scottsdale was excellent. The condo, although the building is on the older side, was very modern and clean and well decorated. Excellent communication from George prior to check-in and prior to checkout. The location is excellent and walking distance, to many things on the edge of old town.The place is modern and the kitchen has everything I needed. Might want to Go in with a can of touchup paint to clean up some minor minor things here and there but overall, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! PS also great for my small dog.
