Holiday rentals with beach access in Salt River

Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.

Three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat's place that has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a rollaway bed which allowed each of us to have our own bed. Everything was clean and spotless. Pat responded immediately by text and/or phone and was so friendly and kind. Lots of very thoughtful extra touches. She had a Zeropure water filter in the refigerator to filter tap water as well as bottled water, instant oatmeal packets, breakfast bars. Extra toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathroom. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Outdoor swimming pool outside and gated community. Nice neighborhood and was just a couple of blocks to where our conference was in Tempe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definately stay again when we come to Tempe.

We loved the property. Immediately felt right at home. Comfy couches, great beds, huge kitchen and it felt like their was pride of ownership. Outside areas were awesome. Back patio backs up to a beautiful golf course and the front patio was nice and secluded. Everything felt really clean. EXCELLENT experience. Thank you!

Had to be between Tucson area and Phoenix and Maricopa is a great location with quite a bit of activity close by. Running up to Spring Training games was a breeze. Truly a very nice one bedroom with living room, useable TV, kitchenette and great bathroom. Too busy to peddleboat on the lake, but maybe next time !! Cheers !!

Great stay definitely would stay again.

Are stay was fun good kids enjoyed it as I plan it was a little staycation! Only thing the pool light didn’t work and they have 2 fridges and they did not keep ice cream cold at all we just ended up putting everything in the ice chest! but other then that everything was perfect!

Arthur’s place was exactly as described. He was super accommodating last minute. The place was a corner lot , with privacy and protection which I appreciated. Having a place for our small Yorkie to stretch his legs was also a plus. He was attentive and quick to respond as well. He was also super flexible with me at checkout and even when I had an issue with my ride he allowed me to wait even after check out while I figured things out. Would definitely be booking with Arthur again if he will have us!

As a tourist, I found a peaceful vintage experience during my stay. The entire neighborhood is located near ASU, which is a reminder of how the state grew into modern development. I think it is both adventurous and educational experience. Very clean room, supportive host, and everything else that comes with shared amenities.

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings. Exceptionally clean, ample amenities. Clear communication…lovely backyard. Close to Phoenix Raceway for Cup Championship which is why we were there. Doordash was not available some Ubers struggled with address but it all worked out.

I stayed here for two months and had a very enjoyable time. Check-in and check-out were easy and the process was clear. The condo had everything I needed and was set up perfectly. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and main roads. Both pools were amazing. The host always replied quickly and was very helpful. I also recommend paying a bit extra to use the sports facilities at the main clubhouse—it was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Me and daughters traveled to Arizona for my oldest college graduation. Marissa and Jason’s place is 15 minutes from ASU as well as many restaurants. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the mall. The home feels warm and inviting. We arrived early, Marissa and Jason allowed us to check in early! The place was squeaky clean. We had plenty of linen for the 4 days that we were there. Me and my husband are planning to travel back to the area. We will definitely book again with Marissa and Jason.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — but even better! Evan has thought of everything, from the extra amenities to the little touches that made our stay so convenient and relaxing.
