We had a wonderful 16 day stay until we closed on our home. Wendy was great at communicating. Her place was very clean. And had everything we needed. Covered parking was a plus.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay – especially about Sara, who was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I booked, they were proactive, communicative, and incredibly gracious. Every question I had (even the smallest ones) was met with kindness, patience, and prompt, helpful responses. Throughout my stay, Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sara anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. It's rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated – not just to providing a great stay, but to making you feel like a valued guest and a friend. It wasn’t just hospitality – it was heart. I left not only impressed, but truly grateful. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. The place is awesome, but it’s Sara who makes it exceptional. Julie's home was so Welcoming. When you walked through the door you immediately felt like you were home. Wonderful bright windows, very comfortable seating out on the patio, well stocked kitchen and such clean bathrooms. The amenities were beyond what we expected. We didn't get to enjoy the surroundings as we would have liked since we were there for a family wedding near by. Julie should get a 10 star rating for all the care and comforts that she provides for her guests.

Our second time staying there. Very peaceful. House is the perfect retreat! Beautiful scenery, all the neighbors are super polite. We always love going to mammoth saloon at goldfield ghost town and chatting with cowboy Dan! Loved the peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of San Diego navy life!

Olivia was very kind and so helpful with check in! Her instructions were very clear and she was quick to respond. The place was perfect for the stay that I needed. So clean and in a peaceful neighborhood! I would definitely stay again

Great place for short/long stays. The host, Heather, is very kind—she even gave us recommendations for places and restaurants to visit, and she replies within minutes. The place has everything you need to cook, do laundry, and take care of personal hygiene. It also has good AC, stable Wi-Fi, and a designated parking spot, so parking is not a concern

The place is as described, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. It's a separate unit that has everything needed for a short stay. It's close to the center, a couple minutes of driving. The area itself might feel a bit uneasy but I can tell at no point I felt unsafe, neighbors are just hardworking people.

This is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Clean, comfortable, pretty landscaping, even a kitchenette!

We had a great stay at the cool and cozy condo. The unit was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies, and though we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The location is great and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The complex was really quiet, the AC worked great during the hot weather we had, and we were glad to have a covered parking spot. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

Our family went for my sisters graduation to AZ. We love Scottsdale so this is a great place to stay if you like the area. The pool is a plus and it is very quite area. Very clean place.

We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Mesa. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to questions and when there was an issue with the dryer, he had it resolved within hours. We would stay here again! One of our favorite places to date.

Most places provide the basics, and that is all that is expected. This place goes above and beyond! Every toiletry item you might have forgotten…. It’s there. Need a snack. It’s there. Need a bottle of water, an adult beverage, a soda, or a couple of cups of coffee each day… it’s there. Big beach towels for the pool, or a response to your silly question? It’s there. Great place with superb responses when needed.

Great communication and value for the dollars spent. Would recommend Robert for future stays.
