Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

It was a cute, quiet little first house. The beds were pretty comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The house was just as pictured and exactly what we needed. It was clean, convenient and quiet! It made our graduation visit so easy. I'm not sure the AZ heat will get any easier on us, but we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

We were driving through Phoenix and this was absolutely the best we could have asked for. Phil and Peggy’s casita was exactly what we needed—clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed, and cute outdoor space for our pup. This was one of the highest-quality airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended

Perfectly adequate little studio in Phoenix. If you plan on spending most of your days out and about it’s perfect. But if you like to stay in your rental and just enjoy the location I would drop a little more cash and get somewhere with more yard space and a pool.

To whomever reads this…please don’t second guess this location! BOOK IT! Pictures don’t even do this place justice. He reallyyyy put his all into this cute & cozy space. I truly did not want to leave. I traveled solo & it was the perfect size. It’s even super romantic for couples in my opinion. Also, I took a shower outside…LIITTT! One of the best experiences. I felt so safe staying here. Super comfortable. It was so clean & organized. He has everything you’ll need there, especially in the kitchen! I didn’t utilize it cause I was on the run most of my trip but you name it, he had it! He was an amazing host. He communicated with me, very respectful, very nice, fast response time, he even checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable & I appreciate that sooo much! Greg! Arizona hasn’t seen the last of me, when…yes…WHEN I come back…I will be staying with you again!! Thank you for making my birthday trip one to remember! (I also took some great selfies in this room)

Cute desert retreat. Everything was very clean and as pictured in the photos. Bed was comfy, but plan to bring a pillow as the pillows were pretty flat. Otherwise, great experience.

Having traveled for many years, I enjoy staying in a space that feels like home. Vikki and Todd's casita was just that. It is a great combo of stylish decor with a nostalgic feel that was inviting and gave me a sense of "home". And the attention to detail was impeccable...even the coffee was neatly packed and labeled in the fridge. The covered patio was a bonus and such a perfect spot to begin & end each day! Quiet, quaint and quality! I hope to stay there again if back in PHX!

Bradley’s place was perfect! I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the real plants, coffee station, and bathroom toiletries. It was peaceful, comfortable, and felt just like home. The private entrance with an enclosed gate was an added bonus and made the space feel extra safe. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Phoenix. I highly recommend!!!

What a lovely cottage! So clean and so comfortable. This little cottage had absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. And Marcy? So friendly and so responsive. She made us feel very welcome. One of the best airbnb's we have used.

Everything was excellent! We used to live in the area and know that this location is best to have ready access to everything. The traffic is never bad, compared to other areas in the valley. Our dog and their dog were in love, so that was adorable and gave our pup something to enjoy each day. The homeowners were so friendly, but will give you your space if that's what you prefer. We would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at the Casita, and it was just as good as our first stay. It's our favorite AirBNB we've stayed in...it truly is a private oasis in the desert with everything you could need and more!
