Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. "Casa do Sino" is a very beautiful villa located in the center of Portugal. The Villa dated from 1913, in a Nouveu Art construction and was meticulously remodelated in recent years to fit the most demanding customers without loosing its grace. It features 5 bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, garden with barbecue facilities, ping pong table and darts. The village is very near from main cities such as Aveiro (14km) and Porto (50km). The house has private garage and free WI-FI access.

Casa de Salreu is a single, ground floor villa with its own land of about 2,000 square meters (flanked by willows and water line), a patio, 4 comfortably furnished suites, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Rehabilitated in the first half of 2020, it results from the reconstruction of a typical house in the region, where we sought to maintain, in addition to volumetry, the personality and romantic aura of space, with total respect for the natural environment.

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
