Very nice apartment, large and bright, nice balcony to admire the sea despite the house in full renovation works just in front. And above all, everything is within walking distance, the beach of course, and shops (including supermarkets) and restaurants. Fabienne is very responsive, answers all questions, and accommodating for checkins/checkout (autonomous). We enjoyed ourselves!

Very nice apartment, consistent with the photos, even better. The residence is new, the neighborhood is in the making. Possibility of reaching the city center by a walk, currently being finished, along the Robine canal. We loved the very large terrace, the closed box and the general feeling of security. Antonio's welcome and his quick response to all our requests should be noted.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Very nice place in the vineyards to relax. The value for money is great, the accommodation is as described. Small problem on arrival, but Carolle was able to bounce back and was lovely. I recommend it.

Great stay...it was like a boutique hotel & Airbnb rolled into one! Well furnished, clean, luxe towels, comfortable bed, plenty of storage, well stocked kitchen and tons of extras provided (tea selection, coffee, tissues, umbrella, etc). A chef's knife that is sharp! The attention to detail and thought for guest experience is evident. Location is in the heart of things yet it is peaceful at night. Plenty of natural and indoor lighting. Wifi & AC worked well. Communication was fluid. Parking in the free lots along the canal was a short walk away. Really felt like a home away from home, would work for longer stays. Highly recommend.

We were here with our dog for two nights. The hosts Franck and Sophie were very friendly and warm. We felt very welcome and at home with friends. Everything was uncomplicated and relaxed, even with our dog. The apartment was great and offered everything we needed. The location and surroundings are fantastic. Beautifully kept apartment on the canal side. 15 minute walk from train station and 15minutes into the centre of the town easy flat walk. We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. Very clean , comfortable and well equipped. The little balcony was a bonus where we sat to enjoy our coffee. Vincent and Veronique were welcoming and excellent hosts.

Jocelyne and Serge are super friendly and helpful hosts. Really lovely welcome when I arrived. Couldn’t have asked for nicer people. The apartment is immaculate and in a good place for walking in to town along the canal.

A great place to stay! The apartment had everything you’d want with a great sea view and only a few minutes walk down to the beach. Jean-Cyrille and Christine were excellent hosts, always responsive, friendly and provided great local things to see and do.

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

We had a great time - the apartment was very nice and clean, had everything we needed and was central to everything. Marie is very nice and helpful! There’s no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm while we were there but there’s a ceiling fan and box fan so it was fine. Thanks, Marie and Sylvie!

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make the stay of travelers easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. the apartment is very well located, a stone's throw from the cathedral. You can see it through the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that you did not manage to operate properly and the lack of towels to wipe your hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more practical. We had a great time in Avignon!

we had a great night in your accommodation. It is quiet, the bed is super comfortable, easy to access on foot. We were able to enjoy a relaxing time in the jacuzzi. I recommend the accommodation to everyone. Super host, always available, is super nice.
