We loved our stay here. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - very convenient for exploring Bath. Garden was a bonus - Kids enjoyed watching the chickens. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

The home is beautiful, exactly as pictured, in excellent condition and perfectly clean. The location is picturesque and quite private. Hermione is an excellent host and was extremely helpful during our stay, providing recommendations for food, things to see and do as well as support for any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again, it was an exemplary experience!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. A beautiful house in a great place, felt it was home from home. Also, the private parking was a bonus. The house was spacious, comfortable, spotless and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A 5 min walk to the main street of pubs, shops and eating places, and plenty info inside on places to visit. Great stay and love to revisit.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

A really nice, dog friendly airbnb. A beautiful walk through the woods to the beach. Pool was an added bonus - our children used it, I passed as it wasn’t warm enough yet. The hosts were on site, available for questions, but extremely respectful of our privacy. Recommended

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

We booked here as two couples and had an amazing stay. Jacqui met us when we arrived and was very friendly and showed us what we needed to know. Everything was spotless and it is a very peaceful area. The swimming pool is fabulous and very well kept. The kitchen has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be recommending to friends and family.

My family loved our stay - the location in the woods and its proximity to accessible hiking paths was amazing. Our 7 yr old loved all the games and books, and we loved the sauna and pool and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very nice shower and comfortable beds - thank you, Lucy!

Alan and Deidre are excellent hosts. Very friendly and welcoming. Birch Corner is a little gem, peaceful and private with a lovely patio area. Inside is everything you need and is spotless. This was my 4th visit. Would highly recommend.

An absolutely dreamy escape for two! complete with scenic views, and enough special touches to feel at home. Fiona made everything so comfortable and we look forward to coming back!

Caroline was very responsive and friendly. The coach house is much more stunning than the photos convey. It’s set in peaceful surroundings and we will definitely be returning! The place was extremely clean and tidy, useful information was provided inside, and everything was top-notch in terms of quality.

Our stay at Rowena’s property was a perfect first getaway with our 2 month old and our dog. She was really responsive with our questions about the travel cot as well as giving us recommendations for local walks. The property is in a great location, a short walk to the centre of Lyndhurst for food and coffee. Also a great central location to get out and about in the new forest with the baby and the dog. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for another fantastic stay in the new forest with our two boys, and this time with our puppy too. We loved being back in Peny Bun, surrounded by forest, so peaceful and private. It was lovely to spot deer and rabbits and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Can’t wait to be back again.

Great location, great accommodation, great host.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is bright, homely and well equipped. The area is very peaceful and the views, particularly from the master bedroom, are beautiful! There was a lovely welcome hamper which was very much appreciated. James was extremely kind to offer us a later check out time and he was quick to respond to my messages. Sadly we didn’t explore the surrounding area due to spending time with family in Fordingbridge. The garden was a great bonus and completely fenced in and secure which was perfect as we had our dog with us.
