It's a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for relaxing, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

The apartment is the same as the photos posted, very nice and comfortable. Excellent location on Chichipe beach. Sebastian was attentive to quickly answering my questions.

Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it has a beautiful view and is very well organized and distributed. Very comfortable to go with the family, we had a great time and will definitely come back!

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

We stayed 1 night with my family, everything was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea. The facilities were as shown in the photos, everything in good condition. We also felt very safe during the stay.

Everything impeccable and organized, my family felt happy in the stay, super comfortable a very family home.. we would come back a thousand times always here.

I would definitely return with my family and friends, a very safe and spacious place to enjoy with your loved ones. We celebrate my husband's graduation and the outdoor space is amazing with all his equipment (it's better than what you see in photos). Fernando was very attentive and was quick to answer our doubts.

Super friendly host. Always willing to help. The place is beautiful a super large pool and sauna, soccer field etc. What to bring is repellent and a mosquito spray. We had a great experience for the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for lounging, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet environment. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the affection with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. Would definitely go back!

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to spend a great weekend with family or friends. The development is very organized, clean, safe and has a social club with access to a private beach. The club has 2 large pools where you can appreciate the sea and has 3-4 heated jacuzzis to relax, they offer a very varied menu in the restaurant and they also have cocktails. Eduardo is super attentive to any need or request, very kind. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it as a family.

We found everything in order and clean, we requested for 9 people and we were all comfortable, excellent place, very quiet to be with the family.
