Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

I loved staying in the apartment! The location super close to everything and the super spacious apartment looks bigger than in the picture and the super comfortable rooms! We hope to be back soon!!

We loved the location, the accessibility to the private beach and the amenities offered by the condominium made us enjoy our stay, the airbnb has a beautiful view, it is very quiet, you can sleep lulled by the sound of the waves of the sea, you can take good photos

Everything was excellent

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The location of the best of Salinas, in front of Chichipe beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. Impeccable bathrooms, spacious and good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and pending, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for it additionally. In his apartment I felt at home and I am a very delicate guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would return without thinking! And I recommend it if you travel as a family and want to have a perfect, calm and very comfortable time.

The apartment is the same as the photos posted, very nice and comfortable. Excellent location on Chichipe beach. Sebastian was attentive to quickly answering my questions.

Waking up and falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was pure bliss. The property is clean and calm, creating a restful atmosphere. The host Ivana and Lily, the housekeeper, were friendly and responsive, addressing our requests quickly and effectively. Thanks🌞

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

The location is ideal for a beach vacation, the place is clean and has everything you need and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Overall a very good place to stay. Thank you.

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well-decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommended.

An incredible place with an excellent location, it takes me many surprises, the truth is that the photos do not do justice for what the place is. A huge rooftop with a beautiful sea view, you can see the sea to from the jacuzzi. very good induction kitchen, has pans and cooking pots. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just five minutes away. Safe place, trolley park is internal with roof and secure. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly to help as much as possible. I'll recommend it to friends and family.

One of the best places to stay in Santa Elena, the whole place is very comfortable and in an excellent location due to its proximity to the beach, totally recommended and we hope to return soon 🙏🏼
