Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
“Fernhill cottage - George's place has amazing views and purely functional from the time we checked in. We had a great time having extended conversations relaxing in the patio and my toddler was excited about the spiral staircase and mezzanine floor setup. Definitely a great choice for Yercaud stay - Thanks!”

“Yercaud is a quiet little hilly hamlet close to the town of SALEM. Not many interesting places to be visited by tourists but while in YERCAUD this place is possibly the best to stay. One can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from this property. Excellent ambiance all around the heritage bungalow with center of attraction of the fully bloomed Jacaranda tree during our visit. "Love in the Air" is indeed the tagline for Carlton Bunglow.”
