Our beautiful and cozy house for 6, with a beautiful southern garden, is located in the high-altitude health resort of Öhningen-Schienen. The wonderful Lake Constance, which is used for cooling off in summer and invites you for wonderful walks in winter, can be reached within 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike. The hiking and biker paradise -Schienerberg offers great activities right outside the front door. In the village there is a regional farmers' market with all products for everyday needs.

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

With our vacation home «beija-flor» we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, architect by profession, was finally able to realize our own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated and with a lot of our own. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil, and it says, “hummingbird,” which kisses the flowers.
