Welcoming and warm house in a quiet village typical of the area. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, impeccable linens. We were 3 adults with 3 children, the stay went very well, I would recommend Elmer's house to anyone who wants to spend a few days in this beautiful area. We had a great time at this beautiful place. The house is wonderfully embedded in nature. It's very quiet, you only hear the sound of nature, the creek, the animals. From there we had a lot of opportunity to hike with our dog. Banne and the surrounding places are wonderful for those who love hiking or scenery. It was very clean and mega nicely built and furnished. Anne was very kind and discreet, we were able to enjoy this privacy very much. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need. We had an absolutely beautiful stay in Ardèche and this accommodation was a big part of it. The place is quiet, charming, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated — a real little cocoon in the heart of nature. A huge thank you to François and Laura for their warm hosting and kindness. They were available, thoughtful and always smiling, which made our experience even more enjoyable. You feel like they put a lot of heart into what they do, and it makes all the difference. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back as soon as possible! Once again, thank you for everything 💛

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Spacious accommodation ideally located for a holiday in the Ardèche: close to the valley of the Pont d 'Arc, different caves, swimming park..... So we were able to enjoy beautiful getaways during the day and find a quiet house in the evening without going too far with a great view from the terrace .

A very pleasant week. The listing is as described and Fabrice took the time to give us good advice. A very good location to get to the various spots that the Ardèche offers (hiking, visiting, kayaking etc.)

Shirley's apartment was perfect for the four of us with a dog to enjoy the fantastic Labeaume and the great area for a week. The attractively and practically furnished apartment and especially the terrace were even a little more spacious than expected and pleasantly bright through the window front and skylight. For us it was no problem, but less mobile or particularly noise-sensitive people should note that the apartment is located at the back of the village square with a (very cozy) bar and is accessible on the second floor via two external stairs. Shirley was a perfect host, she was always helpful, flexible and easy to reach when needed. 100% recommendation!

The four of us (with two children) spent one night in Philippes apartment while passing through. Everything was as described and we were able to recover very well for the onward journey.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in the beautiful main village square, right in the centre of Uzès. It was peaceful, comfortable and the apartment was bright and cozy. It had a little outdoor balcony which was a nice bonus. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity of staying in this delightful place and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an unexpected break at Cinthia's. Every detail is designed for our well-being. We had a great time sharing and laughing. We discovered lots of relaxation devices that we can easily buy. We weren't able to try everything in 3 days, it's too short. We'll be back, we have to.

In Annik's house, we immediately felt comfortable. The tranquility was soothing, the nature impressive - exactly what we were looking for. The stay was completely relaxing. The apartment is perfectly equipped: coffee machine, stove, washing machine – everything is available. The modern bathroom was sparkling clean, the furnishings cozy and thoughtful. Annik was a warm hostess. Even though our French skills are limited, the communication worked well. We'd love to come back – that doesn't happen often.

Charming cozy cottage tastefully furnished, very well equipped, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding. Perfect set-up for couple. The hosts are warm, the hospitality and responsiveness are impeccable and good recommendations. Very well located, it is both easy to reach Bagnols for shops while being surrounded by nature with lots of possible hikes nearby and beautiful sites to visit. Big plus for the stove with the wood provided, the flames are comforting in the cold season. We had a great time between beautiful hikes and rest by the fire.

Beautiful place. Very authentic, decorated with great taste. Great for a large family or families. It was our first time in the region, and I wish I had researched it a bit more before going because you have to know where to go. Some villages and places are stunning, and some other areas you have to avoid. Overall I would really recommend.

We were a group of 11 ppl, and enjoyed our stay. The host was available everytime, location great and clean with a lot of thing to do in the area. We will come back for sure

The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and a pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very rural but well suited as a starting point for excursions. Fabrice's tips and hints were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and there is everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!

The welcome we received on arrival was of high quality and their availability throughout the stay was flawless. The house in the middle of the natural park is ideal for getting away.
