The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, which was somewhat lacking in quality. Keep it up!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

It was a great stay in a very nice apartment with a very nice view and a very nice host. The place is quite small but has 2 small supermarkets, a great restaurant in the Filario Hotel and a jetty (about 25 minutes on foot), so you can easily reach surrounding places like Bellagio, Varenna or Tremezzo without a car, because the narrow streets take some getting used to, especially if you have a large car.

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation and can recommend it without reservation! The apartment was in excellent condition. Clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastically beautiful, quiet and perfectly suited for walks, excursions or simply to unwind. The check-in went smoothly, the communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We loved Antonio’s place. Very peaceful village on Lake Como. Away from the tourist towns, but close enough to get to them. Cute beach just steps away and the apartment was very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

House near the lake, villa balbiniello. The house is functional, well decorated and impeccable (probably recently remodeled). Instructions are clear and Davide is available. everything was really perfect.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. What a beautiful spot this is. Lenno is the perfect place to stay if you’d prefer to be away from the busy touristy area, whilst still having good transport links to the other towns on the lake. There is a lido across the bay where you can swim in the lake (I forget the name), il Golfo restaurant is great for some lovely food, and we had a nice walk along the greenway route to tremezzo. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you need to have a homely stay. It’s clean, plenty of areas to relax and an amazing outdoor shower!! We would come back to the place in a heartbeat, and hope to as soon as possible!! Thank you so much Leo!
