The apartment is quiet but at the same time it is two steps from the center and the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It's not big but with everything you need to spend a few days 3 people. Well communicated also for visiting surrounding villages. Yanira is very friendly and attentive. We're excited for the welcome touch.

What a wonderful time we had this weekend with friends. An exemplary apartment with a view far beyond what we expected. Cleanliness worthy of the great hotels. I actively recommend Sarah's apartment, and if we had to do it again we would go back without any worries. Thank you again for this good time.

Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

Our stay at this home in Cantabria was simply wonderful. Nestled in a privileged natural setting, we have enjoyed breathtaking views that have accompanied us throughout our stay. The house is very spacious, perfect for large groups. Every corner is taken care of with care, offering comfort and warmth. The hosts have been exceptional: attentive, kind, and always willing to help us with recommendations and any needs that arose. One of the biggest attractions of this home is its spacious terrace and garden. We have spent hours there, enjoying the outdoors, whether it's for breakfast in the sun, relaxing in the afternoon. The outdoor space is ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility that the area offers. In short, this place has exceeded our expectations.

Very nice accommodation 5 minutes walk from the beach and with several places of interest a few steps by car to visit the surroundings. The stay with children is magnificent thanks to having a garden on both sides. I recommend it if you like to be outside and close to the beach.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

We spent a few wonderful days in this place with our kitten. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the ambiance, quiet and cozy. Also, the location was ideal for exploring the area. The host was very kind and attentive, always available to answer any questions and give us local recommendations. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Thank you for everything!

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
