Great accommodation!! We had a pleasant stay (3 couples + 3 children) EXCELLENT: - location: first beaches accessible on foot via bike path, center of St Anne 5min by car, very quiet residence 😌 - outdoor space: swimming pool, terrace, bbq area, the company of birds 😜 - W/Virginia communication: very fluid, available and good advice on the corners of the island to visit Thank you again for hosting us 🫶

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

For a 5th stay in Martinique, we were not disappointed by this rental with stunning views. The location of the villa makes it easy to radiate throughout Martinique. The house is quiet, well-equipped, as described and photos (3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms + sleeping on the mezzanine) with magnificent views from the terrace and pool. We enjoyed Jessica's welcome and responsiveness. Thank you for the basket of Caribbean sweets on arrival. We will be happy to return to the villa.

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

Great stay! Kevin was helpful and responsive and the place has everything you would need, walkable to beaches and places to eat. Beautiful sunset can be seen from the balcony. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much 😊

We had a great time in this apartment with a beautiful sea view! The accommodation is very well equipped with many kitchen utensils, a few small games (card games, beach rackets, small bodyboard for children...). Clearly, there's nothing lacking. Well located also on the island, it made it easy for us to radiate. Quiet and pleasant accommodation to live in. Bertille and Natacha were both very friendly and helpful.

Week of May 10-17, 2025 in Carbet. Great location! Close to bakery and Petibonum restaurant and Neison rum shop. Beautiful view and proximity to the sea! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge to do a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes because there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove the sand when coming back from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thank you for this wonderful week of vacation! We will definitely go back!

This place is worth 20 points! I felt very comfortable, this apartment is super equipped, the surroundings are great. There was water and juice for me and also something sweet. There is shower gel, soap, just everything you need to live. Walk to the nearest beach or drive a bit by car to the next day. Everything was just wonderful and would love to move in there 😄

Accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the beach for swimming. The room is noisy (excluding construction) since the window has no glass and no blackout shutter, it's a shame. Very pleasant to have lunch in the morning facing the sea.

it's an address that we will keep in mind. good location, clean. alexandra has well equipped her accommodation. small idea that would bring a plus: a weighing person in order to be able to ensure the weight of our return luggage, the accommodation not being part of the stone and holiday camp. we had the advice from the staff.

The place and the accommodation exactly matched our wishes (quiet, reasonable proximity to the beaches, perfectly designed accommodation) . Manuella available for any eventuality and also were welcomed with delicious accras and planter.... Excellent cook we regularly tasted brioche and accras as well as a colombo of families and the coconut flan.... Thank you again for your kindness and more generally in Martinique. We highly recommend this place where we will come back in 2027.

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. And the few meals prepared with such a view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Monika. Oh yes the welcome was great too Monika was there to receive us. Thank you again.
