Large bright refurbished studio Hyper center

Julie's studio was our daughter's student accommodation. After a year of work (insulation, reorganization and decoration) it became our pied-à-terre in Angers during our early morning train departures. And we're happy to share it with you in this new configuration. It is bright and colorful, fully equipped and totally independent. The neighborhood is very lively and central but the studio is extremely quiet since it overlooks an inner courtyard.

We welcome you to a cottage, Accueil Paysan label, former barn renovated at the exit of the village. Tourism: Loire Layon and Anjou Bleu. 11 to 3 km away. Numerous tours nearby, information on site. Private outdoor space and access to the entire property to enjoy our animals, chickens, ducks, cats.

We welcome you to this fully independent studio, located on the ground floor of our house. It was recently furnished by Toan (artisan), and decorated by Caroline (artist). We designed and equipped it with a maximum level of comfort: premium bedding, XL shower, underfloor heating, ... Breakfast is provided, you can have it in our garden if the weather permits!
