Perfect!! Very well located, close to the train station.

Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting the center of Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this accommodation and for the city!

The apartment is impeccable, you feel at home, everything is there: the towels are soft and smell good, the bedding is comfortable, the living room is cozy! Fresh water was waiting for us in the fridge, easy access and parking in the quiet and peaceful street.

There is no room for chance, everything is anticipated. The accommodation is very clean, very well organized and tidy. The bedding is of very good quality! The equipment mentioned is present. A welcoming and peaceful accommodation in a pedestrian street of Saumur extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend their restaurant at the foot of the apartment! I had a great stay for a first time in the area 🤍 Would come back for sure!

Great location in the heart of Saumur, clean and tastefully decorated, convenient parking spot included with the reservation, and helpful tips from the hosts about local places to visit. Excellent stay, self check-in. Ideally located accommodation, quiet and isolated but 15-20 minutes from the center of Angers. 15 minutes from Terra Botanica. Very clean and very well equipped. i recommend it.

Great welcome, more than enough attention... Thierry is a lovely host! The place is perfect for nature lovers, we were able to fish in no-kill, enjoy the spa and spend wonderful moments with the family of 9. The weather was on our side, so we spent most of the time outside. Thank you Thierry for this great accommodation, we will surely come back!

It was a pleasant short stay in this house. Well-equipped and spacious for 8 people.

This small house is perfect for staying in Angers. It has all the listed amenities, but most of all -for those that value that- it’s in a super calm neighbourhood, ideal to relax or work without being annoyed by city noises. Friendly host as a bonus!

We had a great weekend at Afton and Yohan's place. The house is very nice, very complete with small touches in each room that we really enjoyed. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
