We had a great stay in Mimizan. The house is ideal for one (this was our case) to two couples with children. Close to the beach. Close to shops. Everything is done on foot. I can only recommend this place:) Another big thank you to Candide

We had a pleasant weekend in this simple and cozy place, close to all amenities, not far from the ocean and the lake. Laurie was very welcoming and available.

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travelers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

The accommodation is very nice, with two well-distributed rooms and a very comfortable bed. There are details for the kids to have fun and that's a plus. For extremely hot days, the AC works wonderfully. The garden is very beautiful and well decorated. A highly recommended place

Great cottage, accessible and quiet even if the road is busy, we heard very little, radar nearby I think. The house was very clean and very pretty. The hosts were very welcoming and available when we needed them. We had a great weekend and will most likely be back. A little plus a Lidl store 400m away, very convenient and the Leclerc more at the exit of Mimizan 2km away.

Few places really impress me, but here, I was sincerely marked. The decoration is tastefully thought out, the small touches are delicate, the cleanliness is impeccable. It feels good, soothing, like being wrapped in a cocoon, far from the tumult of everyday life. A special place, ideal for disconnecting and recharging. Go there without a second thought.

House very well equipped and faithful to the description. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is pleasant. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, pleasant garden. Very good stay in short.

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thank you again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

We had a perfect stay with friends in Sébastien's accommodation. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is ideally located 100m from the beach. The equipment is numerous and well maintained. We'll be happy to go back. We also recommend the Sud Surf School on the beach next to the accommodation, the people there are super friendly and teachers for those who want to surf.

We had a very good stay in Daniel and Christine's accommodation, which is well equipped especially for children (some toys, high chair, baby bath, travel cot with comfortable mattress). A very good welcome from Christine. Very peaceful environment, in the heart of the forest. Only small downside, the forest access road.

Our stay at Magali's was lovely! Living space and welcoming garden. Bike path just behind the house that allows you to go to the beach by bike ... or on foot!!
