Beautiful stay in Alsace at this charming house

We had a great time! Martine is very attentive, we were treated to a delicious chocolate cake on arrival. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and close to nature. We were able to visit the region and enjoy the mountain roads by bike and the forest roads for hiking and trail running. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer ;-) Thank you Martine!

We appreciated the space and the Location in Kaysersberg is wonderful. You can walk to everything in this lovely town.

Marie-Laure and Dominique gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Their kindness and discretion helped us feel right at home. The small touches, like apple juice, kouglof and jam, were very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable❤️. The accommodation was comfortable, warm and perfectly equipped. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place that we would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area!

The apartment was as described and depicted in the photos. There were two of us, but there is enough space for 4 people. Stylish and new furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped. Matthieu was a very attentive and friendly host. We felt completely comfortable.

Simply fantastic. The apartment has everything you need. You can barbecue in the garden and enjoy the nature. Stan and Annie are very kind and friendly. We immediately got a feeling as if we were visiting our parents. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Arthur and Jenny's place. It offers excellent value for money and is exceptionally well-equipped, which made our trip very convenient. Arthur and Jenny were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The location is ideal for exploring Alsace, as it's just a 20-minute drive from Colmar. We'd definitely stay here again!

It is a nice location to visit Alsace, being less than an hour from Colmar, Strasbourg, Mont Sainte Odile or Haut Koenigsbourg, etc... Very pleasant stay in a superb accommodation on the edge of the vineyard with a terrace offering a relaxing and peaceful view. The new and well-appointed premises are really pleasant and quiet. The location is ideal and allows you to benefit in a few minutes by car from the most beautiful tourist sites (Riquewihr, Kayserberg, Haut Koenigsbourg, and Mont Sainte Odile 40 minutes away... Caroline is very considerate and accommodating when it comes to arrival and departure times and does not hesitate to give you all useful advice. In a word, this rental is a must. Don't hesitate.

We vacationed in Alsace for about a week. Barr is a great starting point for many excursions between Strasbourg and Colmar. In the beautiful little town itself there is a lot to discover and bakers, restaurants, etc. are right around the corner. Parking on the opposite side of the street worked great for us, as we were on the road during the day when the parking disc was needed. The apartment is tasteful and designed with a lot of love for detail. The amenities are very good. We were there with our 1 year old twins and had enough space for everything. The building is a beautiful half-timbered house in the old town with narrow and steep stairs. For us, however, it was easy to do with the children in the stretcher. Overall a place to feel good. :) We will be happy to come back when the next vacation in the region is coming up.

Important Parking Instructions: Parking is not “on premises”. Parking is in “Parking Montagne Verte” which is 500 meters (1/3 mile) away. You will need the parking pass to both enter and exit the parking garage. Also, cars are not allowed on the apartment’s street. When checking in: Park on rue Turenne near the apartment. Go up to the apartment and get the parking pass. Then, go and park the car in the garage. When checking out: Fetch the car from the garage and park near the apartment in rue Turenne. Go up to the apartment and return the pass. We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well-appointed, and amazingly located in the heart of historic Colmar. Being only steps from the covered market hall was a real treat. Of all the places we have stayed, this apartment is one of our favorites. We hope to stay here again!

Claire and David had a wonderful place! It was just like the photos (better even!). The location is excellent — close to shops, cafes, stores, and access to lots of beautiful hiking trails through vineyards. They also had a full booklet of recommendations and responded quickly. Highly recommend this place/these hosts!

We spent two pleasant nights in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location is quiet yet well connected – ideal for relaxing and exploring the surroundings at the same time. The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated, also the check-in and out went smoothly. We were traveling with children and even though the apartment is not specifically designed for families, everything worked well for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay – we will be happy to come back!

Very nice loft, beautiful decorations inside! The spa is a little joy. It was really great, the host can't do anything. I didn't look at the photos properly, the loft is not at all suitable with a small child. We had to barricade everything in the kitchen because the stairs are way too dangerous! As I said, it's completely my fault. I didn't look at the ad properly. We'll come back, but probably just as a couple this time😊. Thank you all the same for this nice place that we discovered! 👍

Excellent welcome from Romain, particularly attentive, always with kindness. The accommodation is perfect, very clean and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Perfect place to unwind in the Nordic bath. When we arrived, Romain had prepared the sauna and the Nordic bath. We came to celebrate a birthday and Romain gave us a bottle. We recommend 100%

Very nice place, quiet and very well located on the wine route. The south-facing terrace overlooking the vineyards without a view is a plus. The jacuzzi after the days of sightseeing is welcome .... The apartment is faithful to the description and photos, fully equipped and spacious. To be repeated

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is just beautiful, tastefully decorated. The bathroom is amazing with the jacuzzi and sauna area. Everything is very clean. Very easy to access accommodation. Thanks to Jordan for each of the little touches... little candy, coffee, tea and champagne... Breakfast is perfect, pastries and fresh bread. I highly recommend this listing!
