Fabulous charming chalet in the hart of Kaprun, everything reachable on foot! Lovely host Andy who took care of everything and every requests. Chalet well equipped for 4/5 adults, great kitchen and equipment, stayed during Xmas week for skiing, top location .

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

This apartment is as pictured. Very clean and inviting. You do have to park about a short block from the apartment and if you want to use the laundry, you have to pay for it, but the location is great. It is close to Salzburg without the city crowds. The views are amazing and there is shopping close if you want to cook. The 1.5 baths are nice and the pool is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean apartment outside of the city limits of Salzburg.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

Great, modern accommodation, excellent natural location and very well appointed. We plan to come back!

Stefan was very kind, we could call him any time when we had some problame. He tried to help us solving problames. The appartment has a perfect view for the mountains, it was in a good location. I can only recommend this appartment to everybody

A beautiful, large, comfortable, quiet well-stocked and relaxing space in a gorgeous setting, exactly like in the photos. Christine is an experienced, kind-hearted and warm host who greeted us warmly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the area. She even and drove us around to point out sights, restaurants and parking. We could easily take a 30 min bus right into Salzburg one day and also drive to a choice of beautiful lakes, in addition to many nearby sights and hikes.

We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. The Ascher-Hütte corresponded exactly to the descriptions and fully met our desire for peace, seclusion, relaxation, deceleration in the middle of nature. We found everything we needed in the cottage. For someone like us who consciously seek simplicity and want to be self-sufficient, the stay is pure joy! Everything was clean and tidy. Marianne was always very friendly, gave great excursion tips and tips where you can go for great food. Your Kaiserschmarrn was divine:) We thank you for the great hospitality and thank Marianne for the beautiful conversations.

It was a very friendly welcome. Got good tips for excursions in the area. There are also many information brochures in the hallway. The apartment is clean despite the old walls from 1442. Well-signposted hiking and cycling trails that you can start right from the front door. Beautiful view from the beautifully landscaped front garden with seating. If we were in the area again, we would take the opportunity to book this apartment.

The house is located in a very nice location in the middle of the meadows and has a nice garden. The interior is spacious and clean. Gisela is a helpful and kind host. Highly recommended

Great apartment and johannes responded very quickly to our question! 30 mins walk but we found the bus 5 mins walk away, no 3 and no 8! Salzburg was amazing, will definitely come back!

We had an enchanting stay at Anita's guest house and highly recommend a visit to Berchtesgadener Land. The apartment was impeccable, sunny and very pretty - everything we needed to rest and explore. Anita was available to give us tips for hikes and restaurants. Although the apartment is close to the country road, traffic stops at night. A heartfelt thank you for the hospitality!

We were in Maria Alm in January 2025 to ski. The apartment is very quietly located on the northern edge of the city center of Maria Alm. Oliver was a friendly host, the apartment was in perfect order, clean, spacious and very nice, especially with the most necessary things, furnished. We felt very comfortable. Oliver had good tips for restaurants and shopping. A parking place is also available. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Natrunbahn. At the valley station there is a super modern ski depot and you don't always have to carry the skis back and forth. All in all, excellent. Thank you. We will be happy to come back.

Rea's apartment is wonderful - it's very big with one vast, one normal-sized and one smaller bedroom. It's light and airy and we particularly liked that you could walk outside into the kitchen/dining room, the huge bedroom and the normal-sized one without going through the internal corridor. The one bathroom is huge and contains a bath-cum-shower. The beds are comfortable, and 5 people could easily sleep there. Rea herself was so smiling, friendly and welcoming - it was a pleasure to meet her and her son. Eugendorf village centre is about 800 metres down the road, with the shops you would need. (Prices are extremely high : but this is the case everywhere in this part of Austria.) The S-Bahn station is down the road, and there is one train an hour into Salzburg Hbf. The wifi was good in parts of the apartment, particularly the kitchen area. The piano can be played, but it needs a tune and a general revision 😀. I enjoyed playing it nevertheless. All in all we loved our stay- thanks!

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

We had the very best time in the apartment! Everything was super clean and very well equipped. The pool was particularly convenient in the same building. The location is great – in a few minutes you will be at the lake or at the Schafbergbahn. Ideal if you like to hike or just enjoy nature. Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was super helpful – with lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants around. The view from the balcony to the mountains was also particularly beautiful – simply fantastic. We would come back anytime!

The stay was very calm and peaceful surroundings. You just hear the sound of birds and mountains look like they also sleep in the night and you get up in the morning with fresh air from Nature. 100% Recommended.

The apartment is quiet and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home at Ann's first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful host, she always shared with us with questions, even an appointment for the veterinarian she made clear for us with her doc when our dog needed dogs. Thank you, we would love to come back!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. We enjoyed it very much, the apartment is just right in terms of size. The swimming pool was also always a rest after long hiking days. Especially the view from the balcony to Watzmann and Jenner is definitely worth a mention. Depending on where you want to go, the city center was also easily accessible on foot in 10-20 minutes. All other attractions were reachable by car in 5-10 minutes. The building is on a slope, so you have to go up to load by car and park it a little further down. That went smoothly. In short: really recommended!
