Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located near shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also very practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bicycles and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thank you to Nicolas for his kind intentions and for his responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

Julien is a very smiling and very warm host. The accommodation was great, super well located 5-10 minutes from the big beach. The value is great, I would recommend.

Karen is an awesome host, providing superior service. I had the opportunity to stay with two hosts in the same resort in successive days. If i had to do it again, I would have booked the entire stay with Karen.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

This was our second stay here. The house is perfect for us with our 2 dogs. The local beaches are fabulous and mostly dog friendly until mid June. There are also lots of great restaurants in Jard sur Mer, plus good supermarkets nearby. An ideal spot for a seaside break and so lovely to find such a perfect dog friendly place to stay. We will definitely be back 😁

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The accommodation is very functional and the place is very quiet. We had everything nearby. I definitely recommend this place! Julien was very nice and responsive.

New house, very bright, well laid out, very clean and decorated with great taste. We appreciated the delicacies that awaited us upon our arrival. Great highlight, from the house you can quickly access to Gouil beach on foot. Very good exchanges with Gaël. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a great stay from June 2 to 9. The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, a stone's throw from the port. Bastien was very welcoming and available, he even added a travel cot for our baby, which was very much appreciated. He gave us very good advice to discover Jard-sur-Mer and its surroundings. We particularly liked the walks in the nearby forest, ideal with our dog. As for restaurants, Le Sloop is a very good place, and the couscous to take away from the Couscousière d'Hocine is a real treat. Thanks again to Bastien for his hospitality!

We had a great time. Claudine is very kind. The accommodation is perfect. Functional. Claudine told us about some beautiful walks between the sea and the forest. No car needed. The beach is a stone's throw from the accommodation. Pure happiness.

We had a pleasant weekend at Cédric's. The accommodation is new, clean and very well equipped. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and we didn't feel cramped. The laundry room is a real plus as well as the location because we were able to walk to the beach. The exteriors are small but we enjoyed them.
